I selected size xl/XXL. I am 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. I should have selected the next size smaller. These fit okay, but a little big on me. However the product still performed as it should and I had no leaks. The underwear look a bit bulky in person but when you wear under clothes you cannot tell you have it on. It looks no different than regular underwear. The flexible waistband is comfortable but I little high, I wish it didn't go up so far. Almost as high as my navel. The fabric was soft and quickly absorbed liquid and dispersed it evenly within the pad. I noticed no odor. I have been using a competitors product but will gladly switch to this Always product.

They are true to size, very breathable, and comfortable without feeling bulky. I also love the feminine details such as the beautiful pink collar and the little cute bow in the center. The ridges along the leg line, not only look cute, but also help prevent leaks, which gave me confidence during long car rides, and overnight use. I like that they are disposable and don’t not need to wash them. They also have a soft floral scent that helps them smelling fresh, and I never had to worry about odors. Overall, they are soft, reliable, and comfortable while still looking and feeling like real underwear.

No need to worry about leaks, I filled one with 3 cups of water and it didn’t leak. The 3rd picture has a new one and the one I filled with water, it wasn’t bulky at all. I even squeezed it after I filled it with water and no leaks. You’ll have peace of mind when wearing it.

They are thin enough around the body but yet thick enough to hold where it should, so very durable. Mine also has a little scent of like strawberry. They came in a pack of two in a box (total of 34) but no pictures on the 2 bags. They have a little bow on each one that shows where the front side is when putting them on which I really like so I don't have to figure it out myself. They do fit perfectly on my body in size as well. Each bag has a tear open pouch to so you can pull them out 1 at a time and not make a mess, I love that feature also. Overall, this underwear is great.

Overall, I’d give them a 9/10. They were durable, comfortable, easy to wear, not too bulky, and stayed in place. I liked the bikini cut because it didn’t feel restrictive, and they felt more like a secure pad that actually stays put. If I need an alternative, I’d definitely buy them. My mom was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were and said she slept well in them. That was a big win since it has been hard getting her to even try protective underwear. My sister said they worked well for her period, but she would have liked a little more coverage. 3 ages, 3 opinions- overall really positive feedback!
