Had a friend who I care for who recently requested I find out how good or bad they were as she is in need of something for her personal issues. I was lucky enough to get a box and she tried them. It was Mothers Day and she was going out with her sons and their family. She did not want to be a problem so she tried them and came home happy as heck. She didn’t have to stop at every bathroom along the way and when she did she didn’t have to worry about a tinkle wetting her pants or feeling uncomfortable with wet clothes. I would definitely size up if you are a 14 and possibly even a 12. Because of the fit i do not feel they are noticeable through shorts or pants. Material is soft and comfortable, not irritating.
