It fit as expected, according to the size guide, as the guide on the packaging was very accurate. I found the material to be very comfortable and non-irritating. It's not as bulky as other brands and it's also much softer than other products. I don't know how reliable it is for night sleep if you tend to sleep all night. I tend to get up a lot and use it as backup in case of an accident. It comes packed in 2 individual packaging in a large box.
