Always Discreet Plus was incredibly comfortable and lightweight. I typically wear them at night but have occasionally worn them during the day as well. Very comfortable and discreet. They are comfortable, high waisted and have a double layer of elastic to help prevent leaks. Thin enough to go unnoticed under my dress, sweats and jeans! These gave me some peace of mind being able to go to events without worrying about leaks.
