You really can't tell you have them on under your clothes, and they're much more comfortable than I expected. They fit well, kept me feeling protected, and gave me confidence throughout the day. They are not noticeable under clothing and provide adequate daytime protection. For heavy nights, they aren't the best, so we add extra protection. Great product!

I like that these disposable always underwear stop the odor, making them very convenient, especially when in public. They are pretty stretchy and flexible, which gave me a good fit. Always disposable underwear are comfortable without having a lot of bulk. They are well made and do not tear easily. I received these in exchange for my honest opinion. 

I tried these for a 2 week roadtrip and found them to be more or less useless! The first 3 days, I had 2 complete leakages. Day 4 I put on two pair, one facing the rear, after about 5 hours I was completely soiled and had to make a pitstop at a McDonalds to remove and change clothes! If at all possible I would love to return whats left for a refund!

They're not uncomfortable, but the bulkiness does detract from the comfort. I felt like these made some crinkling sounds, but that may have just been paranoia. They didn't cause any damage to my skin. They are very absorbent, lock away moisture and odor, and don't leak. They're a little more than what I need right now, but if I needed this level of protection, I would consider buying them in the future. I appreciate the opportunity to try them for free.

The main pad part is where a typical pad would go but because it is an all in one there is no need to worry about clothing getting soiled. They are super flexible and move with you. The gentle elastic helps them adhere nicely to your body and move with you. These would be great for use during a women's menstrual cycle as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 60-something woman who gave birth to three babies in my 20s, I've started having issues with leakage. I ordered these Always Discreet Plus underwear to use when I know I'll be coughing or sneezing which usually causes my bladder to want to completely empty. I have 41” hips and ordered the large. They fit well enough and stay put during wear though they are a tad big. I wear a skirt or dress when using these as they are visible under jeans and pants. I've also worn them to sleep in. These hold a surprising amount of liquid. I poured a 5 ounce cup of water into the center section and it mostly absorbed quickly. A bit of the water rolled off but that is probably due to having the undergarment inside out for the video test. During actual wear, I have not experienced any leakage. Overall, these work to catch and contain at least 5 ounces of liquid. They don't let unpleasant odors out. I'm a stickler for changing these once they've been used so I don't know how much urine they will truly hold.

They are a pretty light pink color and very comfortable and soft to the touch. Its wonderful they come in different sizes. Another great feature is that they provide zero leaks and no bulking so you can feel confident and secure.
