It works wonderfully to keep your skin dry and away from wetness irrations. They are extremely comfortable not bulky and they are wonderful for odor control. The waist dosent pinch or cause friction. These Always Discreet plus briefs are just what is needed for a great incontinence produce.

It's full coverage but still allows comfort while moving around throughout your daily routine. Works better than a heavy pad and absorbs so you don't feel wet all day.

The had a great coverage area and didn't wad up or slip out of place. The waistband didn't slip down. There was no leaks even overnight and didn't feel wet.

I like the fact that there is a little bow in the front to indicate the front side of it. I move around a lot and I barely heard it. It gave great protection and at no point did it have any odor. I will definitely be recommending these to my family.

They did great and felt comfortable the time that I was wearing them. The leg openings were just the right fit, not too tight (I wear a 14-16 in pants). The absorbency is about the same as wearing a pad with just a little more protection, covering more in the back. These would be a great option for wearing during a road trip. One thing I would change about these, is having more of a breathable material in areas that are not covered by the absorbent layer, to add even more comfort.
