It protects me against leaks and there is no bulking unlike ordinary incontinence underwear which is obviously thick and bulky and shoes under clothes. They are very comfortable since liquids turn into gel which helps keep me dry. Fits to size and perfect for postpartum moms.

I love the pretty pink color with the bow on the front of the panty. It is very thick in the crotch to help with protection. It's not bulky either. I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the concept of Always Discreet Plus Underwear and the absorbency was good, but unfortunately the fit did not work well for me as a plus-size woman. The underwear sits too low and doesn't come up over my stomach, which made it feel uncomfortable and less secure. Because of the short rise, it also didn't fully cover the back and butt area. I appreciate the protection it offers, but I would love to see a better fit designed specifically for plus-size bodies with more coverage in both the front and back.

Is not bulky and it covers really good and the good part is if you have a little leak or a lot it turns into gel and it not smells if you change it as soon as you can.
