They are very stretchy and fit well without showing through clothes. Liquid is turned into gel, so my mother-in-law was able to sleep through the night without leaks. The cute little bow on the front helps us easily see if she has them on correctly. This underwear improved her quality of life.

But the more I've looked into this product, the Moore uses I have discovered. Not only can this product be used for absorption for incontinence, it can also be worn for other reasons. While the product is thin, it is still slightly bulky. I believe this would be a great product to be worn at night for those who struggle with incontinence issues, but also for women who are struggling with menstrual problems. This is a great resource for women of any age.

My elderly mother experiences incontinence so I gave these to her to try. She is a size 14 and about 5' 3” tall. Immediately she told me she didn't like how it felt. The back of the brief felt like it would ride up, so she felt like her buttocks were exposed. She also felt that the bottom pad was way too long and bulky for someone of her stature. She did not feel that this was something she could wear discreetly in public. Overall she felt that this might be a better fit for someone who is taller, or prefers a roomier fit.

They bunched in the crotch area and would be visible with tighter fitting clothing such as workout gear. Every time I moved, I could hear the rustle of the fabric which made me self conscious. As soon as I took it out of the package, it screamed diaper. The package makes it look like more of a panty fit. This one is a no for me.
