This is my first experince with protein powder. Recommended by my doctor. I am using in water. Probably not as tasty as in milk or in a smoothie. I like not a lot of fillers or extra unnecessary ingredients. I think I have to experiment more with mixing with other ingredients.

My children and I take this post-workout and everybody loves it! Mixes easily in a shaker bottle, very satisfying and nourishing! Great to mix with anything, you can make your own meal replacement or smoothie, anything you like and the variety of flavors is unmatched from what I've seen!

My husband uses in shakes daily. He is not usually a fan of protein powder but he does like this. I think it is much heathier than what is often marketed. Tastes great and I am able to buy the 5 lb container which adds value. Thank you! We'll be a long term customer.

Love the minimal and clean ingredients. I wanted a vanilla protein powder made with vanilla extract…none of those “natural flavors” you typically see in most powders.
