I read other reviews mentioning a peculiar casein flavor in the unflavored product, so I decided to try the vanilla. Tastes great to me! This was my first time trying casein protein, and thus far have made puddings with it to ensure it's consumed as a dessert before bed. I add extra milk (or else it has more of a mousse consistency, not a bad thing!) & a little water until it's just right. My husband loves it, requests it repeatedly & has willing traded in multiple servings of ice cream a night for a protein pudding replacement 😍 We're very active but tend to sabotage our healthy eating & daily workouts with eating garbage for dessert. This is a step in the right direction! Can't wait to try the chocolate!

Tastes like peas. They don’t list their protein source anywhere on the website for this product. After a couple of shakes it’s definitely made from peas which they should disclose. Had to throw the whole tub out as it tastes just like peas, not vanilla just peas. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely pleased with how it mixes, whether one is looking to make casein pudding or adding into their rolled oats while keeping a nice creamy/thick consistency. Definitely going to continue to buy, the vanilla is delicious and not too sweet in my eyes.

I love there protein powder powder! It tastes so good and blends so well in everything! I use it in all sorts of things to give me that extra protein kick, I have tried multiple flavors and have not been disappointed by any ! Will continue to buy from them!

Great tasting protein. I have found many vanilla protein powders do not taste very good and also tend to not mix well. This one excels in both categories. Being derived from grass-fed cattle was the most important factor for me. I did not have any bloat which is another important issue. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many different whey powder products and have to say Levels Vanilla Bean has been my favorite especially due to the flavor. My wife and chose Levels because it didn't have all the bad ingredients as most other whey products have. Kept it simple and flavorful.

I really love how clean this product is and how yummy it tastes in smoothies. The only thing that was a bit off was when I put it in oatmeal and heat it up, it just taste a bit chalky. Other than that I love everything about this! Hard to find things that aren't made with natural and artificial flavors and extracts

I've mixed it into a variety of fruit smoothies and occasionally just mix it with Greek yogurt, almond milk, and ice when I want plain vanilla. I will definitely try their other flavors.
