While drinking this, I feel great! I stay healthy, I drink more water. I actually gave up coffee. One packet lasts me the day using smaller amounts in new glasses of water.

This is my top favorite flavor. I keep these in my car when I travel which is a lot lately. Seems to help with my “regularity” when traveling as well.

I like this flavor of the immunity packs better than others I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend this one, especially during the winter when there are germs everywhere.

Great flavor, combined with the electrolytes I need to complete my strenious workout. Makes me want to workout hard, in order to drink my Liquid IV as a treat at the end of the road. Carrot and the stick!
