Very painful ones, in random parts, and sometimes in multiple parts of either or both legs. As long as I drink one these a day those cramps stay away.

Great flavor! I've not been a fan of the other flavors, but this one is quite good. I'm very impressed with the rapid rehydration that Liquid IV offers. I can feel the results quickly, and I can get on my way to the next activity with energy and stamina. I really like this product and try to have some on-hand at all times.

I absolutely love the yuzu pineapple, tropical punch, and tangerine flavors! Liquid IV has been a game changer for me! I don't drink enough, a habit from years of teaching and not having time, but I take Liquid IV with me everywhere I go! I love to mix Yuzu pineapple with the Tropical Punch flavor in one bottle, and with the tangerine in another bottle, then mix both of those in my drink bottle! I create a great flavor! I also love that they don't have a real sweet taste, and they use the good sweetener! ♥️

I like the tangerine flavor. It isn't overpowering and also mixes well with water. I wish there were more than three flavors for the immune support product as it is my favorite. Anytime I'm feeling a bit run down I will take one of these and I feel better.

This flavor is fresh and orangy. I use this instead of those emergen-C packets. First, it makes a bigger serving of orangy goodness for my body than the other orange drink mix amd second, I get a larger serving. Third, the hydration benefits increase with this product vs other mentioned product and most importantly hydration plus vit c help my body fight all the germs I encounter during a hectic holiday season.
