I like this product but I do want to note that it's not a solution when you are really feeling effects of constipation. However I like that it's a natural based solution that can be taken on the go, almost like an antiacid like TUMS. I don't think it's a miracle solution especially for people with IBS-C but it does help with occasional irregularity.

I took recommend dosage, or 3 chews, for four consecutively days....and....NOTHING! I had to check the package to be sure i read it correctly, and these were not indigestion chews. Very disappointed that a product which would have been so convenient - they WERE good tasting though! - absolutely Did. Not. Work.

( remember they are not candy) keep them high enough and out of reach of children. No stomach cramps or issues with surprises. Just a calm, easy experience. Take as directed.

I was excited to try this product because let's face it the options when it comes to curing constipation the options are well uncomfortable. And this is a chew that is berry flavored. I tried this product and I found it to be very effective without going to extremes. I would take this at this first onset of having an issue. It's fast acting or it was for me. I would recommend this product for anyone having an issue with constipation. A+
