First i liked that these came in a resealable pouch and are each individually wrapped. I took the recommended dose, 2 soft chews, around 615pm and was in the bathroom around 915pm, about three hours later. The package claims they work in 1/2 hour to 6 hours, so this was expected. I also drank a glass of water with them as directed. I liked that they work In the specified time frame, however i did feel that i still need to go more. I also didn't love the taste. The berry flavor was good however the consistency was like gum and they left a weird tingle in my throat. I will try them again

They are mixed berry flavored and have the consistency of bubble gum. The flavor is pleasant enough, but it takes a bit of chewing before the chews start to dissolve. About 3 hours after eating one chew, it began to take effect. While it claims to avoid cramps, I did feel slight cramping. The product took care of constipation in a reasonable amount of time and a minimum of discomfort.

It's supposed to provide relief in 30 minutes to 6 hours but I find prune juice more effective. The berry taste is ok but the texture is weird and grainy. I would not recommend or purchase.

Also, the taste is not great it's a little chalky but passable. The packaging is great to take along when traveling and the value for money is worth it. I'd recommend it if you do need some relief.
