These do not taste like medicine at all, they are fruity and tasty. I like the texture and the chewiness. A lot of these types of products are hard on my stomach when I take them but I did not have any discomfort with these at all. I was not currently constipated but needed to do the review so I only ate one, so I can not rate the quality in regards to making me use the restroom, but in all other aspects, I really like these and will definitely purchase them if they do work for my constipation when I am able to test that.

They work in 30-60 min. The flavor is a nice, fruity flavor. They are soft and easy to chew. I love that they are individually wrapped, so easy to throw in my purse or bag when traveling. I also love that magnesium is the main ingredient. I received these complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion and will purchase these again.

The texture is smooth and not grainy. It's a great way to get relief. The adult dosage is 2-4 chews and I ate 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, and by the next day, all was well.

The chews didn't have a weird aftertaste like some others but I wish they were individually wrapped so I could toss a few into my travel bag.

We have downed so much water hoping to lubricate inside and nothing.
