I have a more sensitive stomach than she does, so I required less chews than her, but it worked as intended for both of us. The mixed berry flavor wasn't bad, although I think I'd still prefer just to swallow a pill because it's easier for me. This product is good I'm usually a very constipated person and these have helped when it's been a few days ifykyk. I literally hate the taste and the texture of of laxative tablets cause it's like powder. I received these chews from Influenster and I've been using it for two days to fix my constipation. First of all it's a lot easier for me to use these cause the taste and texture is a lot better, like candy.
