I tested it out on my regular workout clothes, as well as my at home clothing like pj's and cotton socks. I even threw in my running shoes that were way overdue for a cleaning. Persil worked well on all the different types of fabrics, even on my poly/spandex sweaters and leggings. But what i was impressed the most by is the odor fighters that left my clothing smelling noticeably fresh. Even my shoes came out smelling and looking clean, after just 1 wash and without having to use more than the recommended amount of detergent. I also appreciate how delicate it was on my polyester blends. It effectively cleaned without misshaping or messing up the elastic fibers. After using 1 full bottle I’m sold! My child has sensitive skin and sensory issues. Activewear is preferred. But tween smells were impossible to get out with a leading Free & Clear brand with Oxi. I added a Free & Clear color safe bleach alternative as a boost and it was STILL bad. I even googled to see if I didn’t know how to wash clothes lol Nothing was working. So I decided to search for a new brand. I always heard good things about Persil from years ago. Activewear Clean was my answer. It really cleans the clothes and doesn’t mask funk with a heavy fragrance. We had to use free and clear for almost 12 years. I’m embarrassed to think about previous loads of laundry because all I had to do was switch detergents. I’m never going back to another brand.
