It left the clothes with a nice but not strong after smell. They definitely felt and smelled washed which is always a plus for this type of product. This new Persil comes with "anti-odor technology" which I believe makes it more unique than other detergents on the market. It is especially good to use if you have kids who actively participate in sports/ physical activities, or family members who are involved in intense labor work. This is the kind of detergent you use for clothes drenched in sweat. I didn't even use my typical laundry scent boosters and the clothes came out smelling fresh. I took the clothes out of the washing machine after a few hours, and they still smelled fresh. In addition, the size of the bottle is perfect and sufficient to run for 50 loads.
