They did turn Liquid into gel also as advertise, and I felt very safe wearing these. There was no leakage and no odor. Both important in my book!

They absorb lots of liquid, so if you have an accident and are in the middle of a task, no worries, these under garments will protect your clothes from getting wet and they will keep the moisture from touching your skin. There isn't any loud wrapper to take them out of either. Very durable. I would recommend it if you have accidents every now and again. They are cute too. A little bow on the front and they are a pinkish color. You won't be able to tell the difference between these under garments and your normal under garments.

The panty is comfortable; however, the pad seems to bunch up during the night and is slightly bulky. There was no leakage at all. The panty does seem to crinkle when moving so just a little noise. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these underwear worked pretty well. There was no odor and they did hold a lot of urine. I was in-between sizes but chose the XL/XXL. My weight correlated to the size but not to the pant size or waist. I felt the waist fit well but maybe a smaller size would have pulled the bulk up more. I didn't like that the underwear did not cover the cheeks of my bottom. A smaller size would probably have been worse; so that was a little bit of a negative for me.

The adhesive on the side is strong enough to hold it in place without breaking. They are durable for one-time use, and they are really discreet; it doesn't look like you have a bulge under your pants. The only con is that the texture of the material it is made of can sometimes scratch your skin, and it feels worn and weird. it is absorbing for a little leak, no for use as a diaper. For the rest i give it a 10.

They are thin enough to be discreet. They work well and are absorbent enough for my needs. I deducted a star because I put my thumb nail through the side one night while pulling it up. That was the only time though.
