It is surprisingly stretchy and is made of an elasticized material with feminine touches. You are aware that you are wearing a pad but it wasnt bulky. The pad was a little stiff feeling at first but did adapt as I moved. And the underwear did not leak even after intentionally 'going' due to the double elastic along the main part of the pad at the inner thigh. I was also surprised how well it controlled odor - virtually none even while in the trashcan. The underwear did get heavier as it absorbed but did not get bulky - even under leggings it was not noticeable. Again very happy with the look, comfort and functionality of this product. Well done!

The material is cottony soft and has stretch on each side that moves to my body like real underwear. This size fits me perfectly as I weigh 172 lb. So far there is no leak protection and the pee odor seems to be neutralized. A couple of downsides I've noticed is that light floral smell, so if you have sensitive noses you may want to be cautious. Also that core bunches up and sags slightly after you wear it a long time or you have heavy peeing episodes. So watch out for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave these 3 stars because of the fit. They slide down the hips, even under pants, so I found myself constantly readjusting them. They are more like a hipster than full coverage so that is probably why. Absorption is good since the liner is the size and thickness of a size L baby diaper. I was impressed that it didn’t show under pants. The liquid turns to gel pretty quickly so there were no leaks but it does feel thick when wet. I would use these when I know I’m going to be in a situation where a bathroom may not be readily available for a period of time but I would not wear these for everyday use due to them having an uncomfortable fit. A higher rise would most likely improve that issue.

The field is great and I love the thickness.

Super well under your underwear or if you prefer by itself it doesn’t bulk at all it has the perfect thickness they just feel like a real underwear. I will totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't see how they can say these have "zero bulk" when they are terribly bulky in the crotch. Very uncomfortable and hard to pull on as they are tight. The box says up to 190 lbs and size 14, I am size 12 and 136 lbs and these are too small. They do work well as far as turning liquid into gel and keeping you dry. They need to adjust the sizing on them.
