I was comfortable and confident the entire time. They are so easy to wear. The briefs are not bulky at all. You get 34 pairs in this box and they are packaged well. I've used panty liners before, but I had never tried briefs. They kept me dry and again, extremely confident. If that's the way you want to feel, then Always is definitely for you.

I selected size xl/XXL. I am 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. I should have selected the next size smaller. These fit okay, but a little big on me. However the product still performed as it should and I had no leaks. The underwear look a bit bulky in person but when you wear under clothes you cannot tell you have it on. It looks no different than regular underwear. The flexible waistband is comfortable but I little high, I wish it didn't go up so far. Almost as high as my navel. The fabric was soft and quickly absorbed liquid and dispersed it evenly within the pad. I noticed no odor. I have been using a competitors product but will gladly switch to this Always product.

They are true to size, very breathable, and comfortable without feeling bulky. I also love the feminine details such as the beautiful pink collar and the little cute bow in the center. The ridges along the leg line, not only look cute, but also help prevent leaks, which gave me confidence during long car rides, and overnight use. I like that they are disposable and don’t not need to wash them. They also have a soft floral scent that helps them smelling fresh, and I never had to worry about odors. No need to worry about leaks, I filled one with 3 cups of water and it didn’t leak. The 3rd picture has a new one and the one I filled with water, it wasn’t bulky at all. However, I would definitely be giving these to people that need it more than I do are elderly I honestly am not old enough to be wearing. These sure I have some leakage but nothing to where I would need to wear this, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone that would need this.
