I don’t need them regularly, but like them for when I’m sick and those sudden strong coughs and sneezes can catch me off guard. Definitely recommend for regular use and/or to have on hand for once in a while use.

They were very comfortable and stretchy and fit nice. They definitely need to be changed when you have an incident because they expand just like a baby diaper. I will say it came in very handy and worked just as it was supposed to and kept my clothes dry. I would definitely recommend these if you are like me and when the urge comes it’s usually too late to try to find a restroom if one is not nearby. A must for a long road trip.

Is not bulky and it covers really good and the good part is if you have a little leak or a lot it turns into gel and it not smells if you change it as soon as you can. Also love the little designs in front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the concept of Always Discreet Plus Underwear and the absorbency was good, but unfortunately the fit did not work well for me as a plus-size woman. The underwear sits too low and doesn't come up over my stomach, which made it feel uncomfortable and less secure. Because of the short rise, it also didn't fully cover the back and butt area. I appreciate the protection it offers, but I would love to see a better fit designed specifically for plus-size bodies with more coverage in both the front and back.
