My mom uses these underwear at nighttime since she had a stroke. She did not like the edges where they try to look like a ruffle. She said they annoyed her skin. She felt like they didn't really hold compared to her previous kind. But they kept her dry during the day even if she leaked a little. Also, if they think putting a butterfly for the front of them well, it is better to just put the size on the back area like a tag.

I also like that they include a bow symbol on the front so you can tell the front from the back. I only wish they came in black or maybe beige so that don't like so much like a pamper. Over all I'd recommend, just make sure you get your actual size, they fit true to size.
