The fabric and waist band are breathable and had the an adhesive like way of staying up. I wore these after having surgery and they were perfect for any small incontinence issues that might arise. There was never any odor coming from these leak proof undies and having them in bulk ensured I had enough during my recovery process. I felt secure the entire time I wore them.

No odor leaks out, keeps you nice and dry if you have a accident. You could wear one the whole day if you want to. I wear them when I'm traveling for extra protection!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried these for influencer previously however this is a smaller size but it definitely protects you from leakage, but it still feels like you’re wearing a diaper or a pad. However, I would definitely be giving these to people that need it more than I do are elderly I honestly am not old enough to be wearing. These sure I have some leakage but nothing to where I would need to wear this, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone that would need this.

Great for periods when you don't want to worry, traveling on long trips (air flights, car trips, Disney and other vacas) and just when you want to be comfortable. I was surprised that they didnt add bulk under my clothes, especially white jeans. Im 125lbs so they fit good. I live in FL, where it gets very hot and humid, but these didn't add any heat to me and wasn't stiff and crunchy. Also, no laundry. Just pitch them out when done! They are cute to. I think they might be good for young girls that are just starting out to get used to the idea that their world has changed. I haven't worn them overnight but they have to be more comfortable than the old fashioned pads. Glad I tried them

These prevent both with the elastic leg openings and the fact that they are a panty. The bulkiness isn’t too bad. It feels like a maxi pad so don’t cause any more obvious clothing bumps. The panty part is soft, not scratchy. There’s plenty of stretch and give all over, so they are comfortable

They did not fall off during the night. They absorbed really well. I don't have much leakage so I don't know how it would rate as far as for a heavy leak leakage but for moderate it held up very well
