[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried these for influencer previously however this is a smaller size but it definitely protects you from leakage, but it still feels like you’re wearing a diaper or a pad. However, I would definitely be giving these to people that need it more than I do are elderly I honestly am not old enough to be wearing. These sure I have some leakage but nothing to where I would need to wear this, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone that would need this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Always discreet plus for my honest review. The small/medium fits from size 2-14. It would be pretty big on the smaller size person. I did a test to check absorbency. It actually held 24 ounces of water before leaking. The gel did get bulky and hard and wet to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person that suffers from over active bladder, I have tried many products. I was excited to try this new underwear product from Always. I selected size xl/XXL. I am 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. I should have selected the next size smaller. These fit okay, but a little big on me. However the product still performed as it should and I had no leaks. The underwear look a bit bulky in person but when you wear under clothes you cannot tell you have it on. It looks no different than regular underwear. The flexible waistband is comfortable but I little high, I wish it didn't go up so far. Almost as high as my navel. The fabric was soft and quickly absorbed liquid and dispersed it evenly within the pad. I noticed no odor. I have been using a competitors product but will gladly switch to this Always product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always discreet sizing, in my opinion, runs a little small, but otherwise comfortable. This was a small/medium but it barely fit me and i’m a fairly petite person. I assume it has to be small to remain not bulky and therefore “ discreet”. Absorbency was fine. The pad within the product is thick enough but not too thick, as to be obvious or bulky under clothes.
