The 12+ hours of protection was more than enough for overnight, and the liquid to gel feature kept it from feeling wet and gross.

The fabric and waist band are breathable and had the an adhesive like way of staying up. I wore these after having surgery and they were perfect for any small incontinence issues that might arise. There was never any odor coming from these leak proof undies and having them in bulk ensured I had enough during my recovery process. I felt secure the entire time I wore them.

This was a small/medium but it barely fit me and i’m a fairly petite person. I assume it has to be small to remain not bulky and therefore “ discreet”. Absorbency was fine. The pad within the product is thick enough but not too thick, as to be obvious or bulky under clothes.

I selected size xl/XXL. I am 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. I should have selected the next size smaller. These fit okay, but a little big on me. However the product still performed as it should and I had no leaks. The underwear look a bit bulky in person but when you wear under clothes you cannot tell you have it on. It looks no different than regular underwear. The flexible waistband is comfortable but I little high, I wish it didn't go up so far. Almost as high as my navel. The fabric was soft and quickly absorbed liquid and dispersed it evenly within the pad. I noticed no odor. I have been using a competitors product but will gladly switch to this Always product.

First of all, this has to be the most comfortable protective underware. Very soft and light. The gel area absorbs very well. There were 2 packages inside the box. This will be a preferred brand that I will use.
