They did not fall off during the night. They absorbed really well. I don't have much leakage so I don't know how it would rate as far as for a heavy leak leakage but for moderate it held up very well

Had a friend who I care for who recently requested I find out how good or bad they were as she is in need of something for her personal issues. I was lucky enough to get a box and she tried them. It was Mothers Day and she was going out with her sons and their family. She did not want to be a problem so she tried them and came home happy as heck. She didn’t have to stop at every bathroom along the way and when she did she didn’t have to worry about a tinkle wetting her pants or feeling uncomfortable with wet clothes. I tested this out by pouring a 1/3 cup of water into the panty and it absorbed all of it with zero leaks. The inside of the panty is constructed with a full size, maximum protection pad that works overtime to insure protection from leakage and the liquid does not sit next to the skin. The sizing is easy due to the stretch and recovery. The scent of these panties is light and fresh. They feel comfortable and do not feel bulky or look obvious through clothes. I would recommend these to anyone dealing with bladder leaks at any stage of life.

It is very discreet even if it was made with layers of pading. You cant smell anything it protects odors so yiu can feel confident everywere you go.

I forget I am wearing disposable underwear. I always have trouble remembering where the little bow goes, the front or the back. I wear these as precautionary while working a twelve hour shift. If I did not have these I would be wearing pads.
