I have asthma that makes me prone to coughing fits during allergy season. All that coughing and sneezing causes me to leak urine. It's quickly absorbed and there's no trace of odor. I'm so happy I found these. I'm so confident in them that I sleep in them and nothing else.

There is a slight oder to these that isn't very strong or unpleasant, like something just out of the clothes dryer. They don't seem to shift to much if you get the correct size. Go by the size chart. Superior performance.
