[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my youngest was born 15 years ago, I went through a 4th degree laceration and partial prolapsed bladder. In 2022, I was diagnosed with high grade urothelial cancer. After the surgeries and treatments for both, I was left with some occasional incontinence issues. Now add menopause 🙄. These have replaced my liner! At first, I thought these were going to be like my grandmother's and great-grandmother's 'diapers' but they are not. They are virtually undetectable under clothes and didn't cause any itch or irritation. Absolutely no leaks or smell. Although these stayed in place, I would have felt more comfortable in a medium as these allow for a larger 'large' than I'm used to. I am a size 10 and prefer to wear a large in clothing, these are a little loose on my build, but not loose enough to drop a star in my book.

Also, it isnt bulky. There was no leakage. Under clothing it has a smooth silhouette. There are several sizes to chose from. Great product.

The large size offers great protection and the absorbent cord keeps my dry during both the day and overnight .They stay securely in place ,help control odor and are gentle on the skin.I feel confident and comfortable wearing them for extended my periods.

They are very stretchy so they should easy fit anyone in this range. They are very bulky and I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing them out in public but they have worked great for overnights for my MIL.

It is very comfortable that it felt like just a regular underwear. The fit was great and it was stretchy without tearing. What can I say, it did its job. It's great.

They have a very sleek design for a disposable. The material is incredibly soft yet thick enough to provide great absorption and protection. My daughter actually used them postpartum instead of the bulky pads and she was very pleased and not at all worried about leaks. Great product!

They were a bit tight in that area. The size of the underwear was perfect except around my upper thighs. Always were not very discreet. The underwear was a bit bulky under my pants. I could definitely tell my behind looked padded. I was afraid the urine would come out but it was absorbed by the underwear. The picture on the box is a bit misleading. Because the underwear look a bit frumpy in person, specially when wearing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 1st glance a pair of these looked huge and I thought they would be so noticeable. I wouldn't wear these with tight jeans, but they weren't noticeable in regular jeans and pants. They were comfortable and didnt ride up. They were very effective.
