[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Plus underwear are thin, yet super absorbent. They are soft and comfortable without being bulky. I don’t need them regularly, but like them for when I’m sick and those sudden strong coughs and sneezes can catch me off guard. Definitely recommend for regular use and/or to have on hand for once in a while use.

They were a bit tight in that area. The size of the underwear was perfect except around my upper thighs. Always were not very discreet. The underwear was a bit bulky under my pants. I could definitely tell my behind looked padded. I was afraid the urine would come out but it was absorbed by the underwear. The picture on the box is a bit misleading. Because the underwear look a bit frumpy in person, specially when wearing them.

They are very comfortable and it really works well for me. I don't have to run to the bathroom anymore. It really holds a lot of fluid and I have not experienced any leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always Discreet underwear are very soft to your skin and absorption is great. They fit like underwear and are very discreet. I would recommend wearing them up to 12 hours, I would say maybe 8 hours to avoid any issues like rashes and orders.

I’m Impressed with the softness and reliability of keeping the skin dry. The underwear kept in any odor and you would never know these underwear were being worn. The packaging is neat and holds many pairs of underwear in a box for easy storage.

They are just thick enough that there is absolutely no leakage. Can be worn under regular clothes and they are not too bulky. Gives great peace of mind through the night. My daughter used them overnight for her period and she had Zero Leaks and said they are very comfortable! Said she didn't even feel like she had them on! They are very lightweight and was not bulky at all! An it fit and shape made her feel like she a underwear on!
