I love the pretty pink color with the bow on the front of the panty. It is very thick in the crotch to help with protection. It's not bulky either. I recommend this product.

I generally wear some sort of pad to avoid those embarrassing situations and never thought a product like this would be up my alley. I figured the underwear style would be bulky and make me look like im wearing a diaper. Also embarrassing... I was absolutely pleasantly surprised that the Always Discreet Plus was not noticeable AT ALL! I spend my life in leggings and the Always Discreet Plus does not show anything more than a panty line. There is no bulk, no odor, and no leakage. I tested a full glass of water and not one drop escaped. With a full glass of water, it did create more bulk, but it's a lot less noticeable than a stream running down your leg. The product itself is light weight, made from breathable material, and made to stretch/adjust to the right size booty. I got the large but could probably have a better fit with the medium. They are high waisted with a light purple bow printed on the front so you know which way to put them on. 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone that is struggling with bladder issues. No more embarrassing situations in my future!

I went with xl because that is what I get my underwear in - important to note that the sizing is different and these were about 3 sizes to big or 50 lbs. I wore them anyways and they fit Alright. I felt like I was putting on a pretty pull up diaper though. The elastic in the waist works well and even though these were slightly big, the fit was decent and it was not uncomfortable. It was like wearing a supersize pad. I only have occasional days where I feel uncomfortable and feel like I might leak and for me it would be easier to use an always pad. These would be good for someone that has more advanced difficulties. I do feel like the padding in these was too long. They do keep you dry.

I wear large underwear normally, so I assumed to get the corresponding size. I was wrong. Follow the weight and pant size indicators where all three, waist, weight, and pant size are closest to your situation. For me I am a size 12, I weigh 170, and I have a size 31 inch waist. I thought because of my underwear size and weight to go to the large. Although they fit, they are gaping at the legs and bunch. Additionally, the photo on the box indicates that the waistband sits at the navel. It does not on me. These are definitely high waisted. I was hoping for a better fit and something more comfortable, but they are only passable. As for the design, the bow print shows you which is the front and the pink color is neutral. I use them at night to sleep because they are bigger than I expected. They do the job and are ok.
