[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had multiple sclerosis for over 36 years now, I am 46 years old and due to my weakness I have bladder issues. Therefore I've had had to use different incontinence implies and brands throughout my years. I do have a couple of pros and cons for these always discreet plus underwear based on my experience for them.
I did love these always disposable underwear when I first saw them!! They are so cute, pink with a bow in the front, to let us know the back from the front side. These feel like real underwear, in my opinion more like regular brief fit. From my perspective they are very comfortable, since they are made out of medical mesh, not plastic. It's an underwear with a cortex included, it doesn't feel like a bulky diaper at all. Also, I did notice that they have a normal waistline that covers above the belly button. I loved that it does give me a nice figure, since it's so close to the skin it hugs your body. My husband agrees it gives a very nice silhouette. The ones I use are lower rise. These will be a great addition for me to use, depending on what clothes I am wearing over them. They remind me of the disposable underwear they give you at the women's hospital when you have procedures done, then you add a pad over it for protection. Whenever I did have small accidents, I did appreciate it was a thin kotex, but highly absorbent. I was lucky enough to be able to change right
away most of the time, and not carry it around for a long time. The more you wait to change, it will get a bit heavier and uncomfortable. I like that it is great that it does move with your body, and stays descrealy in place if you're wearing the right size. Although, it is only for a few hours not 12 hours.
As far as I am concerned, I dislike the chemical synthetic fragrance odor it has. People with sensitive skin like myself, might not wear them, because it might cause them skin rashes. It did help me that I took them out of the bag a day before I wore the rest of them. I'm still checking that I do not react to it. The brand Always used to have a very faint send years ago and now it's to overwhelming even for the skin. I hope they change that and make them unscented without chemicals for sensitive skin, or barely scented like before. As well, I'm totally disappointed, the fit around the legs stretched out a bit after some few hours of use. Due to that I felt I was dragging a kotex
in mid-air at times. I was concerned with leaks, but I did not have an issue. I would have had an issue if I was laying down or had an overflow of urine. I saw a claim that it makes, that it is zero bulk, but at times some of the material started to bunch up in the crotch as well. Thus, I feel is normal compared to other disposable incontinent underwear.
I do like them all in all, but depends if my skin reacts in a rash or not, to determine if I would continue to buy them again.
