I like to wear them at night when I get my period because I'm going through perimenopause and my period flow is unpredictable. A regular night pad won't work but these do the job. As far as odor control, I say they're ok but I wouldn't feel to comfortable wearing it when the temperature is over 100°

I have worn them overnight with complete comfort and confidence that they will not leak. These can be worn under clothing without being visible. My daughter found them to be very helpful postpartum. While they are not specifically marketed for extra protection, I found them useful when preparing for a colonoscopy, as I was worried about an accident during the journey to the clinic.

I basically wear them when I go out and they are great. They absorb very well. They also have elastic cuffs on the sides so there is no leaks coming out. And very gentle on your skin. Hi highly recommend anyone with a bladder issue to get these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet incontinent underwear are very good, they seriously are leak proof by turn liquid into gel to prevent leaks. They are comfortable and have a good stretch to them. I really like that i can purchase in most big box stores.

The shell is the same. the pad is no longer solid with little to absorb anything. you can actually move it so there is openings where liquid would pour thru. i bought Maximum but its super minimum. i wondered how they can sell so cheap. i suspect Walmart owners have something to do with the change %26 you wont find this poor quality box anywhere but Sams. i suggest you add an Always pad as it certainly is thin enough to easily accommodate. Sad. Either buy these somewhere else or change brands is my recommendation. Since Sams created Member Mark briefs its likely to force women to buy them. You can only order on line. If put in Sams stores they will lose repeat buyers %26 take up space. Shame on Always for folding to providing a cheap worthless product. Use a pad with these rather than throw them out.

They fit like underwear, provide great leakage protection and I can wear these and feel comfortable and confident at work. They absorb really well. I have to do a lot of bending and stretching in my job so these fit snug and sometimes I even forget I have them on. Accidents and bladder leaks can be inconvenient but these control odors very well. Love the design and the purple bow at the top. Great product.
