Comfortable and discreet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These incontinence underwear feels like regular underwear underneath clothing. The absorbency on these underwear feel very well and they keep me feeling confident that I'm not going to have a leakage overnight.

Leak proof protection without the bulk or discomfo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are silky soft, non bulky, smell fresh, and comfortable. They don't fit like a bulky diaper, and not noticeable through your clothes. These hug the body like regular underwear making these comfortable to wear and last all day.

Thin and absorbent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly thin, but also very absorbent. I know these are marketed for bladder leaks, but got them for my daughter to use during heavy period flow days for overnight usage because sometimes her pads would shift. It's nice for her to have that little extra security, and also nice for me so I don't need to wash sheets on those days. Sizing seems fine, similar to the sizing chart.

Always has made a wonderful under garment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product because it is lightweight and feels like regular underwear. Not bulky and the size is perfect. I like the way they are made to absorb odor. Highly recommend these as a wonderful addition for those days when you need a little extra help with leaking.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To my surprise these ALWAYS DISCREET PLUS UNDERWEAR are everything they claim to be.. The absorption is amazing. The fit is very comfortable with no bulky uncomfortable feeling. Knowing they can last 12 hours is a very good feeling. I don't feel like I have to constantly check for leaks.

Confident absorbent protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to age and having a hysterectomy, I have mild to moderate bladder control issues and wanted to try an option for an underwear vs pad experience. I decided to try these out and wore them for my workout. The size was a little tight for my thick thighs, so I did make a little cut on each side to help. As far as texture and feel, the waistband is stretchy with a gathered appearance, the crotch area reminds me of how a baby diaper feels. You can also feel the absorbent material (sand-like) in between the layers, which is not noticeable when wearing. They did last through my workout, but are noticeable when wearing workout leggings (to clarify the gathered elastic waistband is noticeable). They do absorb liquid and the odor was not noticeable. Overall, these are a good option to try for someone that has incontinence issues and are worried about not being able to get to a restroom in time.

A Must If You Dribble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These adult underwater are amazing!! They are thick enough to be effective but thin enough to not look like I'm wearing a "diaper". Sizing is true for form and fit snugly but not uncomfortable. There is no irritation to my skin around my legs either!!

They are cute and highly absorbent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had multiple sclerosis for over 36 years now, I am 46 years old and due to my weakness I have bladder issues. Therefore I've had had to use different incontinence implies and brands throughout my years. I do have a couple of pros and cons for these always discreet plus underwear based on my experience for them. I did love these always disposable underwear when I first saw them!! They are so cute, pink with a bow in the front, to let us know the back from the front side. These feel like real underwear, in my opinion more like regular brief fit. From my perspective they are very comfortable, since they are made out of medical mesh, not plastic. It's an underwear with a cortex included, it doesn't feel like a bulky diaper at all. Also, I did notice that they have a normal waistline that covers above the belly button. I loved that it does give me a nice figure, since it's so close to the skin it hugs your body. My husband agrees it gives a very nice silhouette. The ones I use are lower rise. These will be a great addition for me to use, depending on what clothes I am wearing over them. They remind me of the disposable underwear they give you at the women's hospital when you have procedures done, then you add a pad over it for protection. Whenever I did have small accidents, I did appreciate it was a thin kotex, but highly absorbent. I was lucky enough to be able to change right away most of the time, and not carry it around for a long time. The more you wait to change, it will get a bit heavier and uncomfortable. I like that it is great that it does move with your body, and stays descrealy in place if you're wearing the right size. Although, it is only for a few hours not 12 hours. As far as I am concerned, I dislike the chemical synthetic fragrance odor it has. People with sensitive skin like myself, might not wear them, because it might cause them skin rashes. It did help me that I took them out of the bag a day before I wore the rest of them. I'm still checking that I do not react to it. The brand Always used to have a very faint send years ago and now it's to overwhelming even for the skin. I hope they change that and make them unscented without chemicals for sensitive skin, or barely scented like before. As well, I'm totally disappointed, the fit around the legs stretched out a bit after some few hours of use. Due to that I felt I was dragging a kotex in mid-air at times. I was concerned with leaks, but I did not have an issue. I would have had an issue if I was laying down or had an overflow of urine. I saw a claim that it makes, that it is zero bulk, but at times some of the material started to bunch up in the crotch as well. Thus, I feel is normal compared to other disposable incontinent underwear. I do like them all in all, but depends if my skin reacts in a rash or not, to determine if I would continue to buy them again.

They work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet women's disposable underwear are amazing for heavy incontinence. I usually bring them to my residents because they will go to good use! These are wonderful because they run big, stretch and don't cause chafing. They're a little pricey, but they're worth it. When they're full, they turn liquid into gel, so you have 0 leaks.
