Why did they change the formula. I used to recommend Gokd Bond ultimate healing to people with sensory issues since it dries quickly but moisturized really well. I just repurchased a “new look” bottle for my toddler with sensory issue… it caused a full meltdown, I had to take him while he panicked and cried into the shower to wash this off of him. It had taken me years to find a lotion that would work and to get him to trust that lotion would not set him off. Now, we’re back to square one: he won’t even let me apply lotion left over from the old bottle and we have to go start trial and error to find a new brand/formula. I am super disappointed, when formulas change companies need be honest because for us this caused real harm and set back a lot of hard earned progress.

The pump did take a bit to get to the top of the pump, but after that, it was easy. The texture is creamy and smooth. I noticed after a week that my hands and body were so much softer and looked more hydrated. I like that the pump can turn to lock and unlock as for someone who travels. This is extremely convenient and without worries of this spilling out. Great product and a great price. Label on the bottle does everything it says it does. Overall, this is something I would purchase frequently.

This is a great basic lotion to keep at home. Works wonders on dry cracked feet and dry elbows. Can sometimes make your skin feel a little sticky if you put too much on but otherwise super soft and effective. Love that it's unscented so even better for sensitive skin.

The main ingredients are aloe plus 3 vitamins and 7 moisturizers. The size value is 70% more than 14oz. This lotion is perfect for healing extra skin. Also, lasts 24 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in at the perfect time. My arms and legs are dry from the long winter months and I had been needing some lotion. The Gold Bond healing hand and body lotion goes on light and smooth, it is mostly unscented which I prefer . It dries quickly, hydrates and soothes the skin because of the aloe that is an ingredient in it. The lotion hydrated my severely dry skin so quickly!

Removed dimethicone from ingredients and the difference is noticeable. It was the third ingredient, for goodness sakes. Who thought changing the formula this drastically was a good idea? After 21 years of this being my go-to face lotion, I will be finding a new product.

I’ve been using this cream for about 15 years. It has always helped hydrate my skin, and since I’ve been washing my hands a lot more frequently since covid, they’ve been chronically dry. The cream used to help keep my hands pretty and moisturized, but the formula has definitely changed. Even when I slather my hands in the cream at night, they feel unmoisturized when I wake up and my hands are red from dryness. I’m so disappointed in the change and will start looking for a new cream to help restore my hands.

I am constantly washing my hands as a healthcare worker, so they are always dry, cracked and irritated. More aften than not they are cracked, bleeding and just plain hurt. Having this Gold Bond Healing lotion at home and at work makes it easy to apply after washing hands, after a shower and before bed time. I notice a difference after just one use. It has a fresh light smell that isn't overpowering or chemically smelling. Definitely recommend for frequent handwashers and extreme dry skin.

Another product I used for my dry skin is gold bond. Super thick and creamy, loved the smooth after feeling. Great to have on hand when out in the dry winter weather. If you like thick lotions for healing dry skin I would recommend Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Skin Lotion.
