You put it on & you don't have to worry about it for up to 72 hours plus it has a sweet floral scent to it that's subtle enough to not overwelm. I normally put it on when I first get out of the shower & the gel goes on clear and dries quickly so you don't have to worry about feeling sticky. The ingredients it's made with just does wonders I don't sweat at all when I'm wearing it, you get alot in the stick itself. I would definitely recommend getting it.
