Really good product

TBESE SHOULD BE RECALLED! We opened one it was full of chunky mold. After we shook them well before opening lumps started coming down the glass. DISGUSTING! We bought these and we usually put them in our lunches. They only refunded but did nothing to warn anyone else that bought these.

I love another popular brand initals FL that has carrageenan. If you read into it it's not great for digestion and can cause issues in some humans. I am one of those humans. These are a game changer. Do they taste as good well no. But do they provide the protein needed to meet my goals yes. I prefer over another popular brand that begins with P. Satisfaction depends on your goals.

The other members mark protein shakes are way better. I thought this would be similar but this one is basically water protein powder and has a weird texture and flavor. Reminds me of Premier Protein, which is probably why they are in the same kind of bottles. The Ultra-Filtered MILK Protein shake tastes way better if you don't mind sticking to Vanilla or Strawberry.

The macros are phenomenal. The flavor is *meh*. Adding a pinch of salt to each one helps a lot. The chocolate flavor tastes exactly like original royale chocolate slim fast shakes of the 2000's, it's nearly identical. A pinch of salt and a little sweetener makes it more palatable. The vanilla flavor is fine, sweet enough but still needs a pinch of salt for balance. It's fine. The strawberry flavor is the most perplexing because it doesn't taste like strawberry at all. It's like the la croix of strawberry protein shakes, there's the "essence" of strawberry, but not the actual flavor. Blending is where things got really really wonky. I tried to blend actual fresh strawberries into the strawberry shake, and it just became a dense, foamy texture, like a tiny curd cottage cheese, but foamy too. Definitely DO NOT try to blend these into anything, the concentrated protein becomes a solid mass of weird cheese. I'll keep buying them because the price point can't be beat at $1.50 per shake, 30 grams of protein and 160 calories, like come on. But flavor and blending capability leave a lot to be desired.
