I gave it a try but honestly didn’t like it. It was diluted and has a strong aftertaste. I shared one with a friend of mine and he had the same reaction.

the vanilla and chocolate are excellent. the strawberry went to the trash. couldn't force myself to drink it. very medicinal tasting. I wish they'd make a chocolate and vanilla pack instead.

These shakes are the Premier Protein shakes, just relabeled for Sam's Club. They taste great, work perfect. for my Keto diet and are much less $ than the "name brand". A

As far as nutritional value goes, it compares to the Muscle Milk 33-gram protein shakes. As far as taste, I've only tasted the strawberry one. My husband could not take more than one sip. It reminds me of the Glucerna protein drinks my grandma used to drink. They have a weird, milk-medicine taste, like Phillips Milk of Magnesia. I chugged mine and called it a day. Will probably drink the rest and deal with it. Pay the extra bucks for Muscle Milk. My favorite is the Fairlife, but it's about 10 dollars more.
