I understand the purpose of these high protein shakes. But honestly I didn't like any flavor. They tasted just like vitamins to me. I liked the thicker texture but I couldn't drink a full one due to flavor. If I had to pick one it would be the chocolate shake. I tolerated it the best. These definitely are not for me.

The flavors are pretty subtle in flavor. Strawberry has a slight aftertaste that tastes like artificial. I had them in between meals to decrease my sugar cravings. It would be a great alternative and price wise to get these instead of some of the other brands of protein shakes.

These protein drinks are good tasting and packed with protein. I poured out the strawberry drink for the photos. The flavor is not too strong which I like. All the flavors are good but I like the chocolate best. It is thick and creamy. I enjoy them chilled and with ice to keep it really cold. It is nice that they can be stored at room temperature until opened. That and the container makes it great to grab and go. These would also be good to add to a smoothie to increase the protein. Great source of protein in a quick easy container. I would recommend to a friend.

These shakes are very filling. They had a little bit of a powdery texture which I did not like and the flavor was not very strong. It tasted almost watered down. Compared to other protein drinks that I’ve had this one was not my favorite. It also has a lot of ingredients which I am usually bit a fan of either. They are not terrible though if you aren’t wanting to try a protein drink.
