My go to morning source of protein and energy. It does not need refrigeration but it definitely taste best over ice or cold. Great for anyone looking for protein on the go or long excursions with less gear. Lightweight coated paper cartons are a huge bonus this day and age. No chalky aftertastes as well.

These are so yummy! They taste just like name brand protein shakes. They are smooth and taste great- I love all three flavors! These are my favorite for on the go, or while at work. They are shelf stable (they do taste better cold) but it’s so nice to be able to just grab and go. They are filled with protein and other nutrients for sustained energy and keep you feeling full!

This protein shake is absolutely delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect initially but was pleasantly surprised. It does not have that chalky taste that some of them have. I would definitely purchase again for a quick protein boost especially with a busy work schedule.

Member's Mark High Protein Shakes are okay overall. They have a good amount of protein, 30 grams per container and are convenient for busy mornings or after a workout. The flavor is decent, but it's a little sweeter than I prefer, and the texture is rather thick. To me they have an odd aftertaste especially the strawberry and vanilla flavors . The chocolate shake was the best overall in my opinion.The price is reasonable compared to other protein shakes, so they're a fair value. I wouldn't say they're the best tasting protein shake I've had, but they're certainly drinkable. If you're mainly looking for an affordable, high-protein option, these get the job done. I'm not sure they'll become my first choice, but I'd consider buying them again if they're on sale.

We have tried this member's mark high protein shakes before and loved them. But we only tried the chocolate flavor. First time trying the vanilla and strawberry and they are good too. Don't feel like drinking typical chalky falvor protein, it feels like actual shakes. Plus shelf stable!

The only problem is they are a little too sweet, with the slightest hint of a chemical taste, which can be missed. These are great protein shakes. They are not super thick or chunky which I've found in some other brands. The taste on all 3 flavors is great and there's no weird aftertaste. I usually have 1 for breakfast and I am satisfied until lunch time. I like the vanilla mixed with my morning espresso. They are not overly sweet, very well balanced. I appreciate getting 30g of protein while only having 160 calories. They are also great following a workout.

There are things I like and dislike about this product. Of the three products sent to me, I most liked the vanilla flavor. It reminded me of the vanilla pudding packs from my childhood. The strawberry was very mild in flavor and was milky white so I assume the flavor is not natural. For the chocolate, that was the worst, but still palatable. It tasted like watered down chocolate milk with an essence of cardboard, which I found odd because all three flavors are in cardboard containers but only the chocolate tastes like it. All-in-all it is a decent protein shake. The macros are great with 30 g of protein, 1 g of sugar, and only 160 calories!
