Love the feel and stretch of these sheets! I would happily use these exclusively on my Purple mattress. However, they pile really quick and easy and are extremely thin. The thinness is especially apparent on the fitted sheet when stretched over the mattress. Mine developed a hole after only a couple washes. Given the price, the material needs to be more substantial.

...and warmer than expected. Stretchiness can result in them sticking under you when rolling or turning over. Attempting to pull them out from under you can be difficult. Not bad, just different than typical sheets. Purple customer service has been excellent, as well.

I had high expectations for these sheets. Some pros are that they are very stretchy, and fit perfectly on the bed and don't get undone from the sides at all during the night. Downside though is that the fitted sheet started pilling after only 2 weeks of use, and didn't seem as soft anymore as they were new. Overall they're jut ok, but I don't think they're worth the price point.

This was a very bad experience. Sheets are already beginning to pill after only a couple of weeks. These stretchy sheets are way too stretchy. Some have said the Purple mattress takes some getting used to, but I had no problem at all with that. The sheets are a different story. In addition to the pilling, the fabric is somewhat "slick" feeling. As a result the pillow does not stay put on the bed. I would constantly be waking up and moving the pillow back to where it should be. I would rather have my money back and Purple have the sheets back!

These sheets are nice and soft. They have great stay-in-place elastic (I hope it lasts a long time). My only complaint is with the pillow cases--they are soft and slippery. They seem to be oversized for most of my pillows and they slip off easily. They are expensive too.

When the bed first came, I got it to the bedroom (challenging since I'm a small woman. But, got it unwrapped and on the platform with some angel help. Since the sheets had not arrived yet, I put our regular sheets on the mattress and slept that way for 2 nights. (The sheets came the next day after the mattress, but I was not able to put them on.) The 3rd night, with the purple sheet on the bed, I slept much better. I will say the bottom sheet is perfect for getting the best night sleep out of the Purple Mattress, and we both like the feel of the Purple sheets. I figure, if the sheets ends up pilling, I'll just shave the pills off. Or, guess I can contact Purple about that. At this point, I give the fitted sheet 5 (FIVE) stars. On the other hand, the top sheet doesn't work for us, as a top sheet. When I get up to the bathroom in the night, the sheet was often wrapped on me in such a way, I had to peel myself out of it. Then, when I'd get back in bed, I'd have to figure out where the sheet was. This is not altogether negative though. The sheet is so soft and pleasant feeling that I had a hard time distinguishing the sheet from my blanket. Yet, it is important to me to be able to get my bed cover layers on me straight. So, what I did was compromise with sheets, I use the Purple sheet on the mattress exclusively, and a regular cotton sheet for the top/flat sheet. This way, we don't get tangled, and we can identify and grab the top sheet as needed. I give the top sheet 3 stars for functionality as a top sheet, and 4 starts as a bottom sheet (since I have to tuck it in). Thanks Purple!

The sheets are nice and the design of not constricting the flexibility of the purple mattress makes sense. However, it takes some getting used to as they will stretch rather than just pull like normal sheets. It's like a rubber band being pulled while you hold the other end, until you release it stays. The sheets aren't that extreme but in the middle of the night when you try to pull the sheets to adjust it's sometimes a fight if you're not quite awake. When making the bed it's difficult too because of the same reason. They do assist in staying cool and feel somewhat luxurious but I wouldn't buy a second set and still wonder if the price was worth the rubber band experience.

I want to be fair: The sheets feel amazing and I can attest to their function to enable the Purple Mattress 's technology. Their flexibility allows the mattress to provide the support where needed but more importantly work its magic at stress points. Right about two years, while still feeling soft and managing temperature, the sheets started getting holes in alot of places. Not in just " high traffic areas". My issue is I don't want to use any other sheets because as an engineer, I recognize the need to transfer the mattress's technology. But if the mattress is to last, let's say 20 years, at the sheets price I'm buying the mattress all over again in sheets. Disappointed. I hope this is not a testimony of how soon the matress will start to break down on me too.

This is the second time I buy sheets from purple they are so good and feels good, the quality is great I will totally recommend it to anyone that will love to have a great night sleep or just to spend sometime o bed watching a movie, it feels so good that you really want to spend the time in bed, and if you have the combo, mattress and pillow it make is even better. You wont regret it.

I would purchase this set for the fitted sheet alone. It fits so well and does not move, wrinkle, or bunch. I was not sure about the pillow cases. Due to the stretch they seemed a little oversized. However, they have worked out great and are very breathable.
