Absolutely wonderful right out of the box, just got it for Christmas, shipping was amazing, but back to the ice cream! Took about 5 minutes to get set up and ready for the recipe, very simple soft serve vanilla ice cream was spot on! Better than McDonald's! And only took about 25 minutes! Just a dream machine! I highly recommend!

I used the machine to make apple pie slushies with our own recipe. It worked exactly like it was suppose to. They were delicious. Cleaning cycle worked fine; however, when I cleaned the mixing bowl by hand afterwards, it has a space between the inner and outer layers and its hard for that in between space to dry.

We decided to splurge on this as it was really well designed compared to similar options. The first unit we received was leaking motor lubricant into the food. We returned it for a replacement and the second unit shakes violently and will not complete a full cycle. Hoping to get a 3rd machine that doesn't have any issues.

I received this product from Influenster back in December 2025 to review. I've only made recipes from the booklet. The first canister broke after two months of use. I was thankful that Greenpan sent me a new canister. But Now the second canister broke on me. I don't own a dishwasher, I've only hand washed the canister. In addition cleaning is not all that easy compared to other ice cream makers. It's fun to use when it works, but for the price it's fragile or faulty. The dual walls aren't sealed so grease from the ice cream gets stuck in between the walls making the canister hazy.

I received the Frost Pro from GreenPan as a gifted product, and it has honestly been so fun to use at home. The new gelato function is my favorite feature because the texture comes out super creamy and rich, just like a real gelato shop. I also love that there's no pre-freezing required. You can just add your ingredients, press a button, and have frozen treats ready in as little as 15 minutes. We've already made gelato, soft serve, and frozen drinks, and everything has turned out so good. It's easy to use, quick, and perfect for making desserts at home without all the planning ahead. Definitely one of those appliances we've been using nonstop lately!

I've had the machine less than a week and I've made something every single day. This is much easier than making ice cream by hand and I can make extra to set aside. Quick drinks for hot days to cool down. Easy to take apart and clean and have ready at a moments notice for guests. This machine is pure indulgence but as a retiree, that's what Life is about!

I can now have ice cream and cold drinks at my convenience! I like that several of the options are a quick drink and ready in just a few minutes from refrigerator to my mouth. I don't like working in the kitchen, so things that are quick and fast are always my go to.
