It’s has been everything it’s says it does! This is rare nowadays! Solid manufacturing, easy to take apart and clean. Makes perfect ice cream, slushies and spiked slushies!

I have already made 5 batches of ice cream! It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only issue is, the ice cream comes out really soft. I put it in the freezer for a bit to harden it up some and it is great!

It is so easy to use and clean. It makes just the right amount for our family of 6. We've only used the ice cream option about 4 times now and love it so much!

We decided to splurge on this as it was really well designed compared to similar options. The first unit we received was leaking motor lubricant into the food. We returned it for a replacement and the second unit shakes violently and will not complete a full cycle. Hoping to get a 3rd machine that doesn't have any issues.

Excellent device! We have made custard, icecream, and slushies, all of which came out awesome. We are learning how to tweak the recipes that were included in the booklet. We like it so much, we may purchase one for our granddaughter, too! (Same color!) Dr. B.

I wish that someplace in the description of this ice cream maker, there was a mention that the machine will not work without a certain level of sugar in the recipe. I am a Type 2 Diabetic and I am trying to get away from processed foods, hence my purchase. If I had known, I would not have purchased it. The cleaning process is also time consuming requiring 2 washes with warm soapy water through the extrude cycle and then disassembly and hand washing the parts.

I was really excited about this machine and even paid for faster shipping. I thought it would outshine other options since it can make both slushies and soft serve in one unit. Unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to those expectations. First it is loud, more like having a vacuum running in the distant background. Not ideal if you’re trying to watch TV or be in the same room. Second, the design of the top opening is frustrating. The slots are so small that liquid easily spills if you pour too quickly, and once it’s inside, you can’t really access the mix. You can't even see the end of the frozen drink due to the front piece you put on (I just don't). The results are also inconsistent, even when following Greenmachine’s recipes. The soft serve, for example, never comes out firm enough to hold in a cone, which was a big disappointment. On top of that, the machine shuts off after about two hours after getting to chill. With a minimum batch size of 24 oz, that’s a lot for a single adult to get through before it shuts off, making it impractical unless you’re serving a family or group. I really wanted this machine to work, but between the noise, design flaws, short chill time, and inconsistent output, it just doesn’t meet the mark. One positive thing: I love the color!

Great versatile machine. This ice cream maker is quiet and works quickly to provide the treat you desire. I love the compact nature of the machine in that it doesn’t take up too much space. Assembly was quick and easy and the bonus cookbook with all the recipes was a great addition.

I love this machine and the fact that you can do ice cream, slushies, or even smoothies. It’s an all in one when it comes to frozen concoctions! The only thing is I wish it held more product. We do the soft serve a lot for our family of 4 and by the time we get our bowls filled we would need another batch going if we had a bigger family.

Works as described on the website. Economical way to have soft served ice cream at home. Grand kids love it as well as my wife and I. It keeps it frozen as long as you keep it turned on and clean up is really simple. Great product and I would recommend this to anybody looking for this type of machine.
