We made ice cream for Christmas dessert. We started it when we sat down to eat and it was ready before we finished eating. It was absolutely delicious and everyone was amazing how fast it was done.

Best machine ever. Love the fact you can make smoothies/slushies and ice cream all from the same machine. I have purchased 3 so far. We have 1 in our motorhome, 1 at our weekend retreat and 1 in our pool house.

I love this machine and actually bought one for each of my four children’s families and myself! They are excited as I am to make frozen drinks, ice cream, smoothies. Sorbet, milkshakes and frozen coffee! The possibilities are endless!!

I have already made 5 batches of ice cream! It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only issue is, the ice cream comes out really soft. I put it in the freezer for a bit to harden it up some and it is great!

The Frost Classic arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble and use. So far, I've made pineapple sorbet and vanilla ice cream, and both turned out great! I'm not usually one to closely follow the instruction book, but I quickly learned that you should definitely run water through the machine after emptying it. The first time I disassembled it, I made quite a mess! Overall, I highly recommend this machine for fun summer treats. I can't wait for the grandkids to come visit so we can really put it to good use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial idea of this product excited me more than it should have. Unfortunately there were a few shortcomings when I unboxed it. It was missing the cleaning tools or accessory bag. That’s fine I can clean it myself with no issues but it was more bewildering to see my machine was pre-assembled. Whatever, less work. The handle is too shaky for my liking even when secured properly. It should’ve been screwed another way. These are my only complaints. Outside of that the machine works great and fast, I’m enjoying my slushees all winter long without a care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who doesn't eat dairy, I'm always looking for easy ways to have a non dairy treat without paying the expensive price at the grocery store. Getting to make it at home and customize the flavors to my taste makes it even better. The Greenpan Frost machine is such a great solution for this. It's easy to use and very versatile. I made some coconut soft serve, but I can't wait to try this out for smoothies and frozen cocktails. This is sure to be a hit for parties and will make for such a fun tool for entertaining. So far there's nothing that would make me hesitant to recommend this. Give it a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product comes almost ready to go. Needs to remain upright for 2 hours prior to use which isn’t a problem when stored properly. The recipe book it comes with is super helpful and included a great dole whip recipe. Super easy to clean after use. Would recommend!

In October 2025 I requested a warranty replacement of the plastic mixing bowl. It cracked on the edge and separated along the entire side seam. This took 2 months to get the replacement! Now, with the new bowl, I have used it (just since mid-December) maybe 6 times. I'm noticing cracks on the edge where the tabs are for connecting the bowl to the machine! Getting ready to take pictures and send another request for another bowl. One more time and I'm going to request that they just take the whole machine back and refund me. I'll need lots of luck for that adventure. I would recommend waiting to purchas one of these until they work out the bugs and do something about the plastic bowl that keeps cracking/breaking. The 2 Stars is for the fact that I do like the machine and how it works. It gives me ice cream and slushies all year round! It just sucks that the bowl keeps breaking.
