I was super skeptical about buying a mattress in a box as I was convinced it would be unsupportive and too hot. To my surprise, my nectar is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned! I'm a very curvy side sleeper and I feel both supported and yet a lack of pressure where its important. The only thing, if you are someone who likes to hang out or work in bed, this might not be the mattress for you. I find it really hard to bring my laptop to bed and get some work done but for most people I don't know that this will be an issue!

My husband woke up from a dream about murder hornets, and apparently was moving around, and thrashing a bit. I wouldn't know, because I didn't feel it. I used to feel every turn, every cat jumping on and off the bed, and now I just feel happy sleep. But in all seriousness, memory foam rocks, the customer service was wonderful and very informative. THANKS, NECTAR! :D

Mattress was delivered to wrong house across town. Even though info was correct. Understandably this is an issue with the delivery service and not the product. But the hassle of having to go to stranger’s homes to pick up the package and coordinate resolving the issue as the company confirmed it has nothing to do with them is just annoying. I need to get three beds total so this order was 1 of 3 and my first time working with the company. This order included mattress, frame, and sheet set. Each of those pieces shipped separately and will be arriving on different days. So now I’m wondering if I have to drive around town and pick up the other two parts for that order also? Seriously considering returning this order and just buying local. I’m sure it’s definitely not them or the product. It’s just making the whole purchase stressful.

I'm actually really disappointed with this mattress. I was so excited as I read many reviews and did a ton of research that this was a very good mattress for side sleepers. I am a side sleeper 100 percent of the time. I went past the return date as my life was incredibly screwed up at that time and I just tried sucking it up and dealing with it but 2 years in and I can't even sleep in my bed anymore. I have to sleep in my guest bedroom because I wake up with the worst back pain I've ever had from sleeping on any bed. I am laying here and was trying to find anything possible about getting answers to possibly returning but I know I'm way out of the window. I'm laying here in my guest bad wanting to sell this mattress because I can't even sleep in my own bed. Very sad

Got the full bundle and it was definitely worth it. I was hesitant with not being able to feel it before buying to see if it was actually too firm or too soft like some reviews say. I’ve had it for a year and I have not had a back problem since ! It definitely does the job and is comfortable while doing it.

My son loves his new bed! Soft and comfortable. The included “extras” of pillows and sheets were very nice and soft, not scratchy! Delivery: very well packaged inside so outside damage of box kept the inside nice. (One slate had some of wood splitting off, but that was it and it wasn’t due to delivery. )

My wife and shopped for months on upgrading our mattress. We looked at all the new mattress out there. (Nectar, purple, Luna, etc. ) and just decided to go for a Nectar. Nectar had an unbelievable 365 trial, plus, it cam with pillows sheets and mattress protector. When we got our King size, we unrolled it and cut into plastic. It ended up to be defective after three days of letting it expand. It got to 60%. We submitted pictures and measurements required, and they sent us another mattress without question. When we got it, it expanded practically immediately. We let it set for 5 hours. Let's just say, I have not slept so sound in years. For being a 6'8" tall male, Nectar is truly a comfortable mattress. (the pillows are, however to soft. I have to double up on that).

The Nectar mattress is great. My grandson has Muscular Dystrophy and Sleep Apnea. The massage feature has been a wonderful relief for his muscles and being able to raise his head has helped with the sleep apnea. We love everything about the bed. The value and easy assembly of the bed was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend the Nectar mattress & frame and have already told friends about it!

Purchased a full size adjustable frame. Very heavy and not packed well. Boxes packed inside the frame were loose and one of the piston rods had come off. I found the cotter pin on the piston because it was magnetized. No where in the instructions tells you how to get the power connected. It also tells you that the legs can be shortened on the page following the page that first tells you to to screw the legs in. There are no instructions on how the remote control works. They need to provide a cheat sheet to links that would show all the steps.

First mattress was horrible and kept lifting. It was replaced because it "2asnt heavy enough.". Second one is no better and is not square (does not fit adjustable foundation squarely), and the quality isn't really much better. I do not recommend this brand it is more hype than quality!
