Bought the Nectar Premier Copper Memory Foam Mattress because of their ActiveCool technique. Super disappointed. Woke up soaking wet in the middle of the night after night. Wrote a review after the purchase, nectar customer service contacted me and replaced a new mattress for me, but the result still the same. Super disappointed.

1st time owning an "unconventional" mattress - I have to say it takes some getting used to. The bed is much firmer than I expected, but I have grown to like it over the past several weeks. The pillows & sheets bonus pack were very much appreciated :)

I bought the king size and so far it’s been a pretty good mattress. I am still testing it as it’s a bit more stiff than I expected. However, it’s still much better than what I had prior to it. This mattress keeps our temp nice and regulated and my husband loves it! Which is way more important for my husband to like it because he works a manual labor job so good sleep is important.

I am in severe back pain always as I need surgery, my husband bought me a new mattress 3 months ago and I was in constant pain and had to sleep in our recliner to be able to sleep. I found out about Nectar and read all the positive reviews so we thought about it for a month and decided to make the purchase. Once it arrived my husband stated he probably would not get a good night sleep on this!!!! After a week we are both extremely happy with the purchase and we both are in NO PAIN in the morning. Best decision ever along with a great mattress that puts you to sleep!!!

My wife and I ordered a Nectar Mattress that was promoted to be shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase. After making the large purchase and receiving confirmation with that shipping date range, we were then immediately notified that it would not be shipped within those dates. We made the purchase in order to have a mattress for guests visiting from out of town, but it seems like we will not be able to provide that, and we have yet to be contacted or provided an update from Nectar (even after several emails). We even tried the chat function on the website, to which a customer service representative said she was asking someone from the proper department about the order and would be sending us an update that day. It has been several days and we still do not have an update from her or received any sort of communication from Nectar. I understand the current difficulties in supply chains, but I don't believe the situation just happened to get backed up within 12 hours of us making our purchase. While reviews express a quality product, we unfortunately have been given the impression that Nectar is misleading and unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

We upgraded from a queen size pillowtop from Ashley to a king size Nectar and holy buckets! Our old bed was comfortable, but this thing is AMAZING. It isn't a huge profile, so the king size still fits in our small space, but now there is room for us and our 2 large dogs. It is so comfortable, I didn't even want to get out of bed the first morning after we slept in it. Set up was exceptionally easy, and the frame sits high enough we can store some totes underneath.

It is an incredible mattress never tried it before and decided to purchase one. I have to say I slept like a baby and it helps with my back problems. Before when I used to wake up with other mattresses my back was destroyed as I have back problems and with the mattress I had was not helping but when I tried Nectar mattress, wow very impressed no more back pain when waking up. My kids love it as well all my family. Highly recommended it. Best quality comfort, it is firm but yet super comfortable. Every minute laying on that mattress is extremely worth it, I don’t want to get up.

left mattress for 36 hours to fully expand. sides are curled up 3 to four inches hard lump in center of mattress. Have take pics with phone and have had to have help getting it transfer to my email. I'd first spoken to maria about problem and she instructed to take pics to send. What di i need to do for replacement.

Nectar I really want to love this mattress. I have major back pain from a car accident in the past and carrying my two babies hadn’t helped my injury. The Nectar mattress feels great on my back, the memory foam molds to your body in a way that alleviate the pressure. With my husband’s job, he works early mornings and late night’s; it’s so awesome being able to not hear him get in and out of the bed. Since it’s memory foam, the mattress doesn’t squeaks. My husband and I purchased a Nectar king mattress, king bed frame and were gifted Resident king sheets set, mattress protector, and king pillows. I love the pillows and the bed frame! The pillows are my favorite out of the whole deal. Like I said, I want to love this mattress but the biggest issue I have with it is, it’s too hot!! Which is why I only gave 3 stars. Sleeping hot is a huge deal breaker for me. I like to sleep cool. I keep my thermostat on 69/70 at night, but even then sleeping on this mattress I turn my fan on because I wake up hot and sweaty. The Nectar mattress feels like it absorbs heat, so then the sheets feel wet and clingy to my body. I sweat so bad some nights that one night when my daughter crawled in our bed in the middle of the night and asked, “mommy did you have a accident (she means wet the bed)?” Haha of course I didn’t, I was hot and sweaty. I have to wash my sheets more frequently that normal. My husband loves this bed, but even he ends up throwing the sheets off him at night. Almost every day I threatened to return the mattress but I honestly don’t want to. I just wished it was much cooler than it is. I’m not sure how we will make it through summer; surly I will have to return it then. I hate sleeping hot!

I purchased this mattress about 3 months ago and I’m VERY disappointed. I feel like I’m already sinking down to the bottom of the mattress and it’s very uncomfortable. I wake up with back pain every day from sleeping and I had higher expectations for this mattress. I would NOT recommend getting this mattress. Save your money because now I’m suffering every morning with back pain from this mattress!
