I was looking for a good mattress and I found the Nectar with thousands of excellent reviews so I was excited and purchased mine. I had to wait six weeks to get my mattress delivered but I didn’t mind because I thought that the the wait was worthed it. The first night sleeping in my new mattress was really bad because I was sinking and falling from bed. My back was hurting the next day, but since it was the first night I waited for the mattress to get a better shape. It's been over a week and nothing changed so I decided to contact them for a refund. They asked me to send them pictures and explain the problems so I did it. I want my money back and they're offering me a new mattress or a different one from one of their sister's companies. I don't want their mattresses and I don't know if mine was defective but I don't want to take the risk.

I ordered my mattress in January 2019 with the base frame. Frame I hated. Corners constantly collapsed on me. Legs were terrible. However, in Jan 2022, I ordered the adjustable frame. I absolutely love my bed now. I will never again sleep on a flat bed. I sleep with feet and head up. I love the massage and USB features. Every night I get in to bed and nuzzle into to comfortable bliss. Can’t tell you how many nights I say “I love my bed!” This mattress is 4 years old and still feels brand new. I’m never going back to a traditional bed. Side note: I didn’t love the pillows until I got the adjustable frame. Now I get it! Before I was a stomach sleeper that always woke up with back pain. Now I am a back sleeper that wakes up in the same position I went to sleep in.

I waited a long time for the mattress, imagine my surprise after cutting the plastic and seeing the light stains on the cover. I didn't know what to think. Due to this it took me sometime (a week) to go ahead and sleep on it. My waking up to adjust thru the night has improve and I feel rested. No more pain in my hips. The pain in the shoulders still there but hopefully will improve.

The first night on this mattress was rough as my body needed to get to used to it but the second night and on I have been sleeping a lot better and getting better quality sleep because I seem to be dreaming more than when I slept on my old mattress! It also keeps me cool through out the night! This mattress is firmer than I thought it’d be though. So if you don’t like a firmer mattress you may not like it, but I love mine!

Only negative is that the mattress travels off the base rather easily. Have to shove it back at least weekly. Would be nice to have a the remote have glowing display extend beyond the instant the buttons are pushed so correct buttons can be found at night. I love the bed and sleep all night which I haven’t been able to do in years.

I've had the same mattress and boxspring for years and decided after a recent divorce it was time for a fresh start and a new bed. Nectar had a great deal that included everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bed is amazingly comfortable and has even helped with my insomnia after only a week. Thanks Nectar for giving me the restful sleep I've desperately needed.

I went from having a 20 year old mattress to this, and the first couple weeks weren’t as amazing as I hoped they’d be. I was used to waking up multiple times a night, and that trend didn’t change for two to three weeks after getting the new mattress. But now that it’s been over a month I’m sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Turns out they weren’t lying when they said to give it some time to get used to your new mattress. It has the right amount of support for me, and I find myself waking up in the same position I fell asleep in. I’m well rested and have more energy. Overall, I’m generally very happy. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the smell of new memory foam has lingered. I’m hopeful it’ll go away soon though.

We bought this mattress to replace my sons full-size bed. The mattress he had was a Serta perfect that cost us 1500. My son immediately preferred this mattress. The mattress was comfortable for him from the first night and he has been sleeping much better since we switched. His old mattress was only a couple of years old. I highly recommend Nectar. We regret not purchasing one for my wife and I.

I'm writing this review 1 year after my queen mattress purchase (ordered 11-27-20). The matress is decent, a little harder than expected but I'm ok with it. The problem is that near the head of the bed, there is a giant indentation along the width of it from the initial packaging. It falls right where the bottom edge of the pillow is...bascially where you put your shoulders. I kept thinking it would "fill up/expand" after a few months but it never did. It's basically a giant sinkhole across the width of the bed. I know I'm within the 12 month window for returning or exchanging it, but I would need assistance to set up a new bed. My parents set it up for me initially but they moved across the country early this year (I use a walker to get around so physcially I just wouldn't be able to do it). It's rather frustrating bc it's such a huge purchase that is supposed to last me a very long time, but it's kinda been crappy from the start. It was packed so tightly rolled up in the box that it damaged the mattress permanently it seems. Very disappointing. For that reason, I can't recommend it. I don't think I would ever buy a mattress-in-a-box after this experience. Nectar should change their packaging so that it doesn't permanently damage the mattress.

I absolutely love how comfortable this mattress is!! The biggest downfall for me is that the mattress makes my body temperature so hot. I’ve purchased various mattress pads/covers to try to reduce this issue but I can’t seem to resolve that. Comfort level=10+ Body temperature factor=3 Being comfortable great but not when you’re sweating.
