I have purchased a mattress from this company after multiple recommendations and unfortunately the mattress was defected, leaving me in debilitating lower back pain for 6 months. The mattress itself had an uneven distribution and would sink my hip resulting in pressure. I was left constantly tossing and turning at night and would struggle to perform daily activities. Please think twice before purchasing a mattress from them. They may be “highly reviewed” but please understand that not all of their mattresses are manufactured correctly. I have spoken with an agent and said that the pictures I have sent of my mattress was not approved for a new mattress after an evaluation, even though the mattress itself has a visible dent in the middle of the mattress as well as uneven measurements of depth in all four corners. I’m pretty sure there are better mattresses out there, but please don’t even think to buy from this!

We have had it for a few months and after thinking it was amazing initially I now am thinking about returning it because you kind of sink into it and idk I thought it was going to be more comfortable than it is. It's also makes certain things more difficult and that's not very helpful in your bed.

Be prepared to wait for your order to arrive. Ours took 2.5 weeks, and that seems to be the short end of the shipping window. We have slept on the bed for about two weeks now. It took about a week to really begin to break in, but we are really happy with the mattress now. We had another bed in a box that we returned and are hopeful that the Nectar mattress is going to be a good fit for us for years to come.

I have pretty bad insomnia and had been using the same mattress for 8 years. Who knew changing your mattress could make such a difference! This is the best nights rest I’ve ever gotten and I wake up feeling refreshed without all the body aches from tossing and turning all night

My wife and I purchased a king-sized Nectar back in 2019. It was a game changer for our backs. We both have back problems and our old traditional mattress was not providing the necessary support. That 2019 Nectar mattress provided the necessary support and was a great price. We decided to purchase a full sized Nectar mattress for our 5 year old a couple months ago. While this new mattress is nice, it does not compare to our 2019 version. The mattress does not seem as firm and the edges of the mattress are particularly soft. We have both slept on this new mattress to help our daughter get used to it and both found ourselves with aching backs the next day. Based on this new version, we are not sure if we would buy another Nectar mattress in the future. If you're able to create your future mattresses more like the 2019 version, we would certainly get another one.

My husband and I have always purchased firm mattresses. It seemed odd that a preference was not even an option. However, all the reviews were good. This company and its mattresses were rated at the top. I particularly like the guarantee. The mattress feels "squishy" when you sit on it, and I thought "Oh, No! We made a big mistake." But after sleeping on it for a few weeks now, my husband and I are very happy with it. It almost molds around you and supports you at the same time. I'm getting some of the best rest ever.

As an overweight person, I expect to not find the perfect bed. This bed is comfortable but sometimes too giving in it's pressure. I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put on socks or shoes because it sinks too far. I sleep by myself and either stay in one position all night or shift so much I practically end up sideways. Either way, I find myself drifting towards the spot that I have slept in in one position the night before. I tend to run warm/hot and the bed seems to make me warmer. Undecided if I will keep this bed.

For the past 15 years, I’ve bounced between different beds, trying to find one that worked for me. I’ve tried 2 different sleep number models, a major memory foam brand, and even the popular purple mattress. Finally, I found a mattress that I truly love. It has a great balance of firm and soft that I’ve found to be perfect for me. As most of us as we get older, at a minimum I was waking up with stiff or sore joints, particularly my lower back. After about a month on this Nectar mattress, I can honestly say I haven’t had that problem. I highly recommend the Nectar mattress. With their 365 night sleep test, you can’t lose, but I have no intention of returning mine.
