After complaining about the shipping experience in my initial review, I think it’s only right that I speak about the actual product now. The platform was a little hard to put together and the the slats don’t actually lock in place. However, once we put it together, put it on our existing bed frame and headboard, then got the mattress in place, it felt wonderful. We woke up feeling great and the free pillows were the icing on the cake. It’s been a few days and I really like my nectar mattress. I’m not sure how it will hold up in a year or even a few months but right now we’re happy with our purchase.

I have had nothing but continued issues with this company. First they provided me with a faulty bed frame (queen size) which arrived relatively quickly. However I had to wait for almost 3 months to receive the mattress after the frame and other accessories were delivered. I understood that with the pandemic the supply chain is messed up and things out of our control happen. However, once the mattress arrived and I was able to use the frame I almost immediately had the support legs buckle under my mattress. I then reached to customer support for help. They told me I could not return or get a refund for the faulty bed frame because my 50 night sleep trial had passed…. It passed before I even got the mattress so how could I have even begun the trial??? Then once I gave in and had the company send a replacement frame THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND ALL THE PARTS OF THE FRAME. Further, the company clearly knows the original frames they sold were faulty because they sent a completely different frame to replace the old one. And yes the new designed bed frame is the frame they did not include all of the parts for. So now, I am stuck with 2 bed frames I cannot use because of this company’s incompetence and inability to own up to their faults. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL.

I like the Nectar mattress; it’s definitely comfortable, however, it’s not as amazing as I expected from the advertisements. I have chronic back pain and thought that my back pain would be much better than it was with my previous mattress upon arising in the morning. But there seems to be no difference. Therefore I’m thinking I was expecting a miracle and I don’t think any mattress could provide that.

I had been looking for awhile at new mattresses. It is overwhelming how confusing it can be. Every merchant claims to have the best. I read tons of results from many merchants and kept coming back to Nectar. I am so glad I did as I am soothe best I have in awhile. Yes, it was expensive, but worth it!

We moved from an 8 year old sleep number mattress to a Nectar and I'm so happy with this decision. The first night I slept so hard I literally didn't move until my alarm went off in the morning. No back or side pain, and no awkward bar in the middle of the bed between the husband and I. Funnily enough, we don't even have our actual bed (thanks to furniture backorders and messed up deliveries from the furniture store), so we decided we couldn't wait any longer and have our Nectar just on the floor until our bed arrives, and it's still amazing, that's how much I love it.

We purchased the Nectar mattress when we moved to a new house. Cannot recommend it enough! Shipping was super fast, and the convenience of taking it out of a box, with no setup or delivery logistics required, is amazing. The mattress itself is comfy and both my husband and I have been sleeping so well since we made the change to the nectar.

The first couple of nights were terrible. I thought I’d not be to keep it. But after those first nights, I had the best night’s sleep ever. Not only is it comfortable but I haven’t snored once since getting it. I don’t know if it is the mattress or the wonderful pillow that came with it but I am loving life with my wonderful night’s sleep.

I purchased this mattress as a christmas present surprise for my husband. We love it, he is a hot sleeper and I need a heated blanket, a weighted blanket and a comforter to be comfortable. This mattress has really delivered for him- I can always get warmer. I am excited to see how it does once it heats up this summer. The firmness of the mattress doesn't change with temperature of the room, we had that problem with our gel topper on our old mattress. It is the perfect amount of support for side sleepers and is comfortable to sit upright in and not feel like you are sinking or you are sitting on a chair. Overall, the mattress is great- the pillows were a bit of a disappointment and the sheets aren't anything special but we have plenty of sheets and pillows.

I have had my mattress for about 10 days. I have always had a hard time going to sleep and usually toss and turn. I have been able to go to sleep pretty much within 15 minutes or so. I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. My old mattress I had to keep turning because my hips and shoulders and neck would hurt so bad. The only negative is I live in my camper and this mattress is about 6 inches longer than the one that was in here and is a very tight squeeze to go around the end. But that isn't Nectars' fault. There is more than enough room for my s/o and my Chorkie. I highly recommend this mattress.

I’m sorry but it’s not all that. I have had a very comfortable mattress for the last 13 years. And I tried nectar. Not as good as what I have. Will have to return. I think it depends on what you have at home. If you have something good at home you may not appreciate this nectar mattress.
