Five Stars, I have a have lost a lot of weight due to having a rare slow progressing cancer. My old mattress every pressure point hurt me. I have felt no pain whatsoever sleeping on my Nectar! I did not have any issue with the smell when I opened it up, very faint and bearable, I think the pillows had a stronger smell but that went away in a few days. I had a Tempur Pedic for 17 years, this mattress is definitely just as great, for less than 1/3rd of the price!!!!!! The process of ordering and customer service is excellent. The two free large pillows, sheet set and mattress protector are top quality and didnt cost anything and I love them!!!! Thank you Nectar of the Gods!!!!!I can sleep pain free again!

I love this mattress!. It’s comfy and nice and I don’t wake up with back pain now. I like that it’s”just right”. I have 3 cats and it meets their approval. So glad I bought it and the platform. Now my bed is my new happy place. Thank you for this awesome mattress.

Definitely disappointed with this mattress. We’ve been sleeping on a queen size Purple Mattress Original for about two years and have loved it, but we wanted to size up to a king without breaking the bank. We ordered this one and let it expand for 72 hours before sleeping on it. Overall it just feels cheap and unsupportive, and isn’t good for me as a side sleeper. We are going to return it and go back to the Purple, which in hind sight is so worth the extra cost. The Nectar is not a terrible mattress, but not what we expected given the reviews.

I originally wrote a review giving it 4 stars. The mattress was a little too soft for us. I was contacted immediately following the review to ask what the issue was and I was offered a solution that really worked. My wife and I are very pleased with how comfortable it is and how we sleep. I cant say enough for the customer service we received from Meaghan D. She was very pleasant and helpful and even followed up to see how we were doing. I would recommend this bed and company to anyone.

Have had it for five months now. Mattress seems like a decent mattress, quality made. First time for memory foam for me; I generally like it, but still think I likely prefer an innerspring. Pillows included are decent. Sheet set is adequate, despite a number of loose threads hanging off of them. Gives sense of mass manufacturing of these. Off-gassing absolutely horrible for me. The box arrived on a Wednesday I seem to recall, I opened the box/mattress on a Sunday. Had to leave it sit, with fans and windows open at times, for a full week to get the odorous air to an acceptable level. There was still a bit of off-gassing for the next month. I still notice a chemical foam smell from time to time to date. I will never buy another memory foam because of this aspect of them.

We recently purchased a mattress with the linen bundle. We do really like the mattress however we tried the pillows and they were Terrible. We had to throw them out they were so lumpy. We waited three days for them to fully inflate too. Also our mattress came but we had to wait 5 more days for the linen bundle as UPS kept texting us saying the Sender did not put a complete address on the package!

I have received two defective mattresses in a row…the first one was actually very comfortable despite the defects, but the second one is not. It’s been two months since I *finally* received my first. The second one came pretty quick…unfortunately the second replacement is taking WAY too long. Buyer beware—the pandemic is no longer a valid excuse for outrageous delays in shipments. I waited as long as I could to be satisfied before I left a review—sorry, not sorry. Huge let down.

We have had our Nectar bed for some months, and I was hoping a new bed would help my lower back issues (compared to my 10 year old pillow top) and it really hasn't. I can't seem to break my side sleeping habit and even with this mattress my back aches because of it. I do miss sinking into my pillow top like a cloud as opposed to the stiffness of the Nectar. So for me, the jury is still out and I am keeping that 365 day guarantee in mind.

Though the product is good the attention to it actually being delivered lacks. The tracking said it was delivered and on that day part ( not all) was delivered. Due to such items as no signature or photo of the delivery ( I have a door camera) it took four more weeks to get the rest delivered.

I sold on the fact, no questions asked, no return hassles. The first 3 days, my mattress started sinking, I gave it a couple of weeks and noticed I have to not sleep in the same area of the mattress, so I called and NOW I have do measurements and photos and it hadn't even been 30 days and the issues started in just 3 days of ownership
