The mattress is comfortable, there's no doubt. The issue I have is when I raise and lower the head and feet, the mattress moves side to side or foot to head on the frame. When I get out of bed, I have to slide it back into place. The sheets and other items that came with the bed are awesome. Aside from the minor adjustments each morning, I'm very pleased the bed.

When our mattress was delivered and unpacked it never returned to its desired shape. I had several communications with the help line and was very satisfied with the results. A new mattress arrived at my house and my wife and I are getting the best sleep we have had in a long long time.

We have just received our headboard and frame, it was easy to assemble and looks really nice. We slept on our mattress on the floor on night one and it was COMFY!!! Now that it’s all together I can’t wait to go to bed. We were long overdue for a new mattress and that could be why the firmness of our premium nectar felt so darn good. I love the support. Also, reference the sheets, they feel amazing to me. Soft and rich feeling. The pillows are a little to hard for our taste. So far, we are super fans of the bed frame and mattress. I will update my review after 6 months or so. I’m hoping for a long and restful appreciation for this mattress. FYI my last bed was an adjustable base tempurpedic cloud supreme at more than twice the price. It was good for a very long time, circa 2006. But had been growing ever more uncomfortable over the last year or so. Waaaay overdue.

This is my second Nectar mattress. I had a twin before but got the Twin XL so I could get the adjustable frame. I really love this mattress! It is firm but not too firm. Having the extra few inches of length with the XL is nice when you are 6 feet--definitely worth it. The adjustable frame is great--love all the adjustments you can make and the memory settings for favorite positions. It seems very sturdy and well built. I was able to set it up by myself without any problem. Highly recommend Nectar!

Absolutely terrible. First, 2 weeks went by after I ordered the mattress with zero communications from the company. Then one day I was notified that I’m special and will be getting the new and improved model. Not cool - I didn’t purchase the new improved model. I haven’t sat on the new model. I don’t know anything about the new model. And FINALLY I get shipping details with a date of delivery for April 26. That was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NO BED. I will never buy here again. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

It's been a couple of months since my purchase, I wanted to give it some time before writing. I am pleased with this product (I got the premier). I am in my later 50's and have suffered with back pain my entire adult life, including a back surgery at 31. So waking daily with pain was something I became used too. After sleeping on this for a bit I can say my pain and stiffness has lessened significantly. My husband on the other hand is Not 100% pleased but as long as I'm better he's happy.:blush:. Thank you Nectar for a quality product.

A little backstory, I am a 30 year old with multiple disabilities including severe arthritis. I purchased the mattress and foundation in early March 2020 for when I moved into my new apartment, after assembling it (which was very easy even for me) and owning it for 9 months I can say without a doubt that if you have arthritis, are slightly overweight, have any disabilities, or cannot lift a mattress off of a box spring/foundation by yourself then this foundation is NOT the set for you. I have thrown my back out a total of 3 times since owning the foundation part, mainly because the mattress is held up by about 10 2x4 that are sewn together with cloth that barely touch the designated edges on both ends of the foundation. This foundation has fallen so many times even while I was asleep which leads me to write this review so if anyone who maybe lives alone and can't lift a giant mattress at 1am to fix the foundation that collapsed while you were sleeping than please purchase a box spring or an alternative foundation. I cannot rave about how nice the mattress is though, my partner moves and I can barely feel it, it is so comfortable, soft and circulates the air well (I'm a hot sleeper).

I was skeptical about a foam like mattress but it’s soft but also firm enough to where I am comfortable. The packaging was as expected and it arrived in a timely manner. The foundation is okay, I don’t like that my stress overhangs on it. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to do that or if they sent the wrong size.

Recently i decided on nectar. Mainly because of the reviews. I bought a queen size bed. Within 2 days of sleeping on it i noticed my back pain going away. My husband and i sleep soundly. The bed is not mushy and not hard. It is a comfortable medium. I love the warranty on it that if i am not happy they will fix problem. I was lucky and got a sale with 450. off and sheets/memory foam pillows /matress protector with it. In the past i tried inexpensive memory foam beds and the quality wasnt good and in the end nearly crippled my back and hips. Nectars bed is a good well made bed that you will absolutly love. Remember to rotate matress once a month for 6 months in beginning and then once every 6 months after that

The shipping took a lot longer than stated on the mattress. We received it about three weeks after ordering. the sheets, frame, and pillows arrived within two days. Once we actually got it setup though, it was worth it. It is very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. It has helped my back pain. I don’t feel so stiff in the morning. It does retain heat. So sometimes it gets too warm. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase!
