It’s been a month since I’ve ordered my mattress and it had still not been shipped. I contacted company today and was told that it would be another two weeks. For the price i would expect a more professional experience. They should not give you a delivery time they cannot uphold and they should have been the one contacting me to update me on the status. Not the other way around. I probably would have ordered from another company if I’d know I would be dealing with this. I’m very disappointed.

I wanted the harder one but my boyfriend wanted the medium so I compromised. If this mattresses is considered medium then I can not imagine how soft the "firm" one is. Even he doesn't like it. If you like softer mattresses go with nector. If you are looking for firm this is definitely not the brand for you. The mattresses seem to be made well and shipping is fast. I have no qualms with the company just the firmness.

Mattress is a lot softer than advertised, have to sleep close to the middle cause the sides of the mattress are so weak. You can sit on the edge upright with your feet on the ground and have a hard time not sliding off it deflates so much. I’m 6’2 240lbs and my couch sleeps better than this bed. Definitely did not exceed my expectations. I was skeptical about getting this thing vacuum packed in the mail and should’ve went with my gut and got a real mattress at the store.

We recently purchased the mattress and pillow/sheet set bundle. I love the mattress, but I was expecting the superior Nectar pillows. I was very sorely disappointed in the very poor quality of the pillows. They are soft, flat (despite following instructions for "fluffing") and generally unusable even as decorative. NOTHING at all like the large and firm pillows we got when we purchased our previous bed. That should be clearly disclosed up front to avoid disappointment.

We got our mattress and immediately decided we wanted to return it due to it being too soft and being too hot despite it being advertised as a cooling mattress. We contacted customer service immediately but they said that since it’s not a defective mattress, we had to wait 30 days to start the return process. We don’t have space to just store an extra mattress so we’ve had to sleep on an uncomfortable, hot mattress for the past month.

It's quite weird not having springs but it's surprisingly comfortable. I don't like to sleep on my back because of low back problems but this supports my back super well so I might do that more often. I do notice we want fewer blankets so that's either a plus or a minus, depending on who you are. It's not excessively hot but I wouldn't say it sleeps as cool as our old broken down mattress. That's with the added mattress pad and cotton sheets. But did I mention how comfortable this is? I don't regret it.

I sleep on my side and was having horrible back pain with my old mattress. I was waking up stiff and in pain. My pain has been much relieved almost to the point of being completely gone. I stand for 10+ hours a day so it will probably never go completely away. My only issue is when I sleep to close to the side sometimes I feel like I’m going to roll off on the floor, lol. Great mattress

I like the bed, and the style is nice. I have noticed some relief with my back pain and i do sleep longer with less interruptions from movement by my boyfriend. The only complaint I have is that the mattress was marketed as "cool" to sleep on. I do not agree. It is a very hot bed and i sometimes wake up sweating. I hope to find something to put on the top of the mattress that can help. Over all it was worth the money.

Im not happy with my purchase of the nectar mattress.i had high expectations of my new mattress but i wake in pain every morning as i am a side sleeper i have to flip multiple times during the night and wake in pain in my shoulders and my back i did alot of research to try to make the best decision im my new matress and foundation i wanted it to be the best matress ive ever slept on it has not worked out that way im sure that there are many people that absolutely love your mattress it just hasnt worked out that way for me. Bed was extremely stiff to where it hurts my body, so they send me a cheap foam to lay on top of the mattress. If that’s the case I was better off just buying a topper for fraction of the the price, right? After awhile the bed starting to sink in the middle, not even a year of owning it so I tried to return it but they asked for pictures when they said you can return the mattress anytime, within a year, no questions asked. now I can’t return it cause it’s been over a year. It’s all BS! Worst investment ever.
