We struggled to get the smell out of our mattress. We tried all of the tips. It was also a little firmer than we would have liked. Nectar is sending over a mattress topper for us to try and gave us additional suggestions on how to get the smell out. We are going to try the new additions. and hopefully the rating can increase.

I recently moved into a new apartment and bought my Nectar bed. It has been almost 2 months and this bed has been a great investment! The bed stays cool and comfortable. I have not woken up sweaty even with blankets piled on the bed. The shipping was on time, super easy to transport & set-up, and super comfortable. It is very convenient that a box spring is not required. Plus, the pillow and sheet set are great quality. I also increased the size of my bed from a twin to a full bed.

I bought my 1st Nectar mattress 4 years ago after back surgery. Laying on my mattress is the one place I can get relief from my chronic back pain! I recently moved from Florida to New Mexico. So, I sold my old Nectar mattress to my sister. And, ordered a new one to be delivered to my new home in NM. I’ve already referred 2 family members and they plan on buying.

This is my second Nectar, my first queen size, and while the bed itself is fantastic, the sheets have changed dramatically, and the top sheet says it's a queen, but too small for the bed. The first set of sheets was amazing, both in size and quality, and although these sheets are OKI quality, I'm not thrilled that I need to replace the top sheet.

I am so glad that I purchased this mattress. I researched for a few weeks and came across nectar brand. The bed is memory foam but is still soft like a pillow top too. And I absolutely love the sheet set and mattress protector. . The sheets feel like cooking sheets. Always cool tot he touch. Which is how we like to sleep. :) very happy with my purchase!

My wife and I were needed a new mattress as we had a queen, sleep with 2 dogs and she was having back pain. We decided to go with a Nectar and we are VERY pleased. It is a very comfortable mattress with lots of room. Great price for a king bed. I got great sleep and did not want to get out of bed. We also bought new eucalyptus sheets which made the experience even better! Don't think twice, get a Nectar mattress unless you like firm mattresses. Nectar's are more on the soft side but extremely comfortable and support your back

I was skeptical since you never know without trying it out first, but it has been fantastic so far. Best sleep I’ve had in years. Side sleeper that needed a change and the long trial period is what sold me. Only been a few months in but happy so far. Honestly very happy we made the purchase and would absolutely recommend.

I was having hip issues (side sleeper) and my partner was having back issues (combo sleeper) with our old mattress and after upgrading, no problems! It took a few nights to soften up and be good for side sleeping. We also purchased an adjustable base to go with this and couldn't be happier with the combo.

I really wanted to like this mattress. Unfortunately after a few sleeps it wasn't that comfortable. We continued to sleep on it and try to give it a real chance. Unfortunately my wife spilled coffee on it and I figured no warranty now. We moved a couple years ago and threw it out before the move. Too bad not like it was cheap. Never really felt the cooling either.

I would give it a zero star if I can. We brought the mattress from a retailer and Nectar is refusing to honor the 365 days trail and return policy based on where we brought it from. I find it astounding that a manufacture is refusing to honor the policy based on where the product is brought. The mattress is defective and all covers are bend inwards. I paid over 2K and the support and help I am getting from customer service is unbelievable. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
