I waited to get a new mattress. I wish I would have pulled the trigger earlier. My Nectar is a the best sleep I've had in 2 years. The support is at all points, as I am a back sleeper. Heels, lower back, shoulders, neck, and head are all supported well. Thank you.

I ordered two hybrid twin xl mattresses. I was looking for a mattress that provided much comfort. My husband has bad back pains, unfortunately, the mattresses doesn't meet our standards. We both wakes up in pain. I'm a side sleeper and my side hurts. My husband stop sleeping in the bed because of the severity of the pain. We aren't happy with our purchase, the only reason I haven't returned them is due to us not having another mattress to sleep on. Unfortunately, I'm still making payments on it :cry:

So a year and a half ago my son purchased the bed , pillows, sheets and frame king sized for me as a gift. Within that year the mattress support slowly diminished, making it hard to get comfortable because you can feel the wood beams. I tried adjusting the legs but nothing is working. I now have a bed that I don’t use and can’t return. What a waste of good money and space. I read the reviews and thought this was a great bed from a good company for me but when I contacted the customer service people, they said it’s past my year for the return and that I would need to take a picture of just about every angle using something to show wear and how can I prove the bed has gotten thin enough to feel the wood?! Insane and poor service. I gave 3 stars cause the pillows are nice and the frame is modern and sleek.

After our bad experience with Nectar Mattresses as a 1st time customer, we thought we'd never do business with them again (as stated in my first review), their Customer Care Specialist, Izzy T., reached out to us immediately after. After much hesitation, she got us comfortable enough to give Nectar another shot after finding our the initial problem. One week later, we FINALLY have our mattress and are sleeping very comfortably now in our new home, along with a Nectar weighted blanket. So, shout out to you, Ms. Izzy, for turning a distasteful experience around for us.

I purchased the full size mattress for my 19 year old daughter for her off campus apartment. It was a replacement for her full size bed that was 17 years old. She absolutely loves the mattress as do I. I also purchased the frame, pillow, mattress cover, and linen. The frame and mattress was easy to set up, the pillows were equally amazing to sleep on. I am very happy with my purchase, all items are great quality.

I purchased this mattress as a christmas present surprise for my husband. We love it, he is a hot sleeper and I need a heated blanket, a weighted blanket and a comforter to be comfortable. This mattress has really delivered for him- I can always get warmer. I am excited to see how it does once it heats up this summer. The firmness of the mattress doesn't change with temperature of the room, we had that problem with our gel topper on our old mattress. It is the perfect amount of support for side sleepers and is comfortable to sit upright in and not feel like you are sinking or you are sitting on a chair. Overall, the mattress is great- the pillows were a bit of a disappointment and the sheets aren't anything special but we have plenty of sheets and pillows.

I had a Nectar a few years ago and it was great. This one... this one seems a little different. It seems firmer and not as plush. It absorbs me fine and I sleep a little better from time to time, but it doesn't feel much different than a basic foam mattress from when I was a kid.

If I close up my guest room with the new Nectar bed I can still smell the fumes from the mattress when I open the door. I am having trouble adjusting my body temperature when sleeping on the Nectar mattress. Whichever side is down on the mattress is hot while the top of bed is cold.

I got the queen mattress bundle, all the products seem really nice. I also purchased the mattress foundation, which had some major issues with the parts, and since the company is based in ENGLAND, made it absolutely impossible for any assistance in fixing the issue, or to get a replacement part. I would rate this as a ZERO if possible, but not fair to the mattress which as far as I can tell, (due to missi9ng parts, still haven't even gotten it out of the package yet, a month later) is just fine.

My queen size is to hard the pressure points are very bad. And I purchased the adjustable bed. When I raise the head it really hurt my hips. I purchased it in January but I have got to get another complete bed and Mattress. Sorry but it is not for me.
