Complete Garbage

I owned a Nectar for nearly 5 years. It was just comfortable enough so we settled for it because of the price. 4 years in, it developed a visibly noticeable lump in the middle of the mattress. Not only could you SEE the lump but you can also feel it. It feels as if you have to roll uphill to lay in the center of the mattress. I didn't worry, I submitted the required pics to Nectar support assuming they would "gladly replace the defective mattress" with a new one. One of the pics shows a small stain that happened from changing a baby on that mattress. So, the claim was denied and I am stuck with a defective, highly uncomfortable mattress. You lost a customer Nectar and I hope my review prevents others from falling for the same trap. Ridiculous.

Not for us

We purchased the Nectar Premiere mattress in July. It arrived promptly with all of the items. We received a good deal with Fourth of July sales. We did not particularly love the mattress after several months. It was not supportive enough as we prefer a little bit firmer mattress. Additionally it was not cool but rather held the heat in. Our good experience came from the easy return. We contacted Nectar and initially they attempted to solve the problem. However there were limited options in our small area for pickup. We were easily able to work with a community partner and have the mattress picked up and receive our refund promptly. The customer service was always pleasant and aimed to help.

Amazing worth every penny!

I love this mattress! Best sleep I have ever gotten! It arrived quickly way sooner than expected! I had an issue with the bed frame but customer service replaced it the same day I emailed and they sent it quickly! I recommend this mattress and set to everyone!

Very strong off gassing odor!! Do NOT buy

My nectar mattress arrived and I aired it out in another room for 24 hours. I assumed the smell would have aired out enough after 24 hours so went ahead and moved it to my bedroom and made my bed. While the mattress was comfortable, I was awoken throughout the first night multiple times by how strong the smell from the mattress was. I then removed the sheets and had to wash all of the bedding due to the smell seeping into my bedding. I aired out the mattress again and ultimately had to move it into another room as the smell was permeating the bedroom. I contacted Nectar's customer support about this and was told that I should have known the mattress would have a strong smell as "all new products smell." When I pointed out their website stated there would be little no smell and that it would dissipate rapidly they then said I could just return the mattress and did not address the order. I'm super dissappointed in both how rude the customer service agents I dealt with were and the strong off gassing that happened with this mattress.

Surprisingly excellent

When I was prompted to review, my first thought was, "four stars, it's a little soft." But it then occurred to me that I've been using it for a month and haven't woken up with back pain once. Easily the best mattress I've had so far. It stays cool, supports me well, and buying was quick and easy.

Great mattress

Just purchased the cal King and it has exceeded my expectations. This was my first bed in a box purchase and I am not disappointed. I love waking up feeling refreshed and having enough space to share with my husband (and dog!). The install was really easy and I have not been disappointed. It really relieves the pressure in my hips and lower back throughout the night and I don’t wake up stiff. I would recommend to anybody.

Sinks in too much and has basically no support

I have been using this matress for about 2 months but my old 10 year old matress was more comfortable to both of us, together the two people that sleep on this matress weigh about 400lbs and even that seems like too much weight. We haven't even been sleeping in bed for the past few days because it has become an annoyance to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times to get comfortable again.

Mattress is great, pillows ehh

I really like the mattress which is my main reason for buying, the more you sleep on it the better it gets. the pillows that came with it are too hard in my opinion, wish they were as soft as the mattress, Iv tried to sleep on them to “break them in” but still seems like a brick.

Never Got to Try

After scouring numerous sites for "mattress reviews", we finally settled on the Nectar Premier Copper. We were so excited when we placed the order, but the excitement turned into disappointment and ultimately frustration. Our Nectar Premier Copper was received damaged (a rip on one side). After a phone call and a few emails of Nectarsleep trying to convince us just to "put another cover over it", they relented and shipped us a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the incorrect mattress. I had photos of shipping labels, product labels, product identification, and the two products themselves. Nectarsleep refused to send me a replacement, so being very frustrated and not having slept one night on either mattress, I wished to exercise my 365 night guarantee and return this (incorrect) mattress. Nectarsleep refused to process the return and refund my money. I have since escalated to MasterCard with all of the photographic evidence. So Nectarsleep will have to a) explain to MasterCard why the two mattresses shipped were different, and b) why they refuse to honor their own return policy. Before Nectarsleep tries to say that their policy is to not process returns prior to 30 days, that statement is a lie. Their policy, as posted to the public, is that they RECOMMEND waiting 30 days to allow the mattress and your body to adjust. I was so frustrated I didn't want to wait 1 day. So this might actually be a good mattress, IF YOU GET THE RIGHT ONE ORDERED!

This is my review after 4 years of been using this orendus mattress I call because is a garbiche and they told they can’t replace the mattress because is new that I should change the way I sleep so it doesn’t take any specific form even when that said they have forever warranty a lie is what this people say and do don’t you ever buy this lie from this people buy and see you never
