I was in a car accident at 19. It did damage to my neck, lower back, and hips. I am also currently 28 weeks pregnant which exacerbates the issues. The first night I slept on this I woke relaxed, rested, and for the first time in a decade PAIN FREE! We will never go back to anything else. Had it over a week now and loving every night. It is soft enough to contour where needed but firm enough to support you. I've never seen a memory foam like this before. We will be customers for life.

The bed's firmness is just right for a good night's sleep. Its well packaged, easy to assemble & stable. Im just not a fan of the side foam for the frame's edge coz its not capable to protect you from those sharp corners. It could've been a lot larger to protect your shins from getting scratched.

I was skeptical since you never know without trying it out first, but it has been fantastic so far. Best sleep I’ve had in years. Side sleeper that needed a change and the long trial period is what sold me. Only been a few months in but happy so far. Honestly very happy we made the purchase and would absolutely recommend.

Purchased king size medium firmness. Delivered 1 yr ago. Slept on it 9 months. Sagged 2 1/2". Nectar replaced the mattress no questions asked. Excellent service. Unfortunately, the new 1 sags just the same. I weigh 245. would buy a firm if ever again.

To be completely honest, I am not sure how I feel about my mattress. I have only had it a couple of weeks.. Number one, for being something with cooling technology, I still wake up sweating.. Number two, I have medical issues with my back and still wake up and get into my recliner through the night. I am not giving up yet, I am hoping that it is just something that I have to get use to but at this point in time I can only give it 3 stars. This could change but only time will tell. My husband on the other hand loves the mattress. He gets pretty good sleep, but then again he can fall asleep on the floor.. :shrug::skin-tone-2:‍:female_sign:

Have had my mattress for over a year now. I tried to return it before the year was up, wanted to make sure I gave it a good try and wasn't just being overly picky. They wouldn't take it back. By this time I am having excruciating back pain from the mattress!

We bought this mattress to replace a much cheaper one that we purchased. We knew he needed one of much better quality. So after lots of research and reviews we decided on the nectar. My son absolutely loves it! Not too firm and not too soft, good mix of both for him. Seems very good quality so I hope it lasts awhile. Reasonable price too. I thought the price was right in the middle of what I would expect to pay!

If you're thinking about purchasing this, don't. The mattress is fine, but the foundation is a literal piece of garbage. I've had 3 replacement foundations and all 3 have broken. We don't even use this as our main bed, its a guest room bed that barely gets used and the wood used in the foundation that keeps the entire bed up has completely shattered 3 times. Eventually, after 3 replacements, I requested a refund and they said they can only send more replacements. Why would someone want to keep replacing it when it's going to break again? It's a cheap foundation, not sturdy at all, and a waste of money.

It's only been a couple of weeks. However, my hips still hurt during the night and I also wake up with my spine feeling " "out of wack" and in pain. If this doesn't change obviously I will have to return it. I am a side sleeper and read reviews that it was good for side sleepers. :thinking::thinking::thinking:

Due to the current complications with Covid, delivery is often delayed. I suggest ordering earlier so you can have it! It is very comfortable and it doesn't feel too hot to be on it all day. Box was super compact and easy to break down with the little cutter provided! Pillows are awesome, sheets are so nice and soft, definitely a very good investment!
