At first the mattress was delayed then it arrived defective but fortunately the representative was able to help us get a replacement. We had to wait over a month total to get the mattress. We are impressed since my husband and I are of two different weights, sizes, sleeper styles, temperature preferences... He is a side sleeper, I used to be a side sleeper but due to my health issues, I had to change to be a back sleeper.

My husband and I bought the Nectar Mattress because he was having shoulder pain and I was having back pain. We were tired of waking up unrested and sore. The first night was amazing. Personally the mattress firmness is just right; not too firm but not too soft. I find myself sleeping very well on my Nectar mattress, and would recommend Nectar to a friend.

We replaced my 7yr old son's old mattress with this one and he's a lucky kid! The mattress is nice and comfy and he has been sleeping wonderfully (isn't that a parent's dream?!). He loves sleeping on his new mattress and doesn't seem to wake up during the night as much!

honestly, I saw an ad for this pop up somewhere, did a little research and I can't complain at all. Delivered on time, packed real well, they give the little tool (which is a letter opener) and that's it, wait an hour or so and there you go. Now, I can't say that this is going to cure anyone's back, hip, neck whatever issues, but it is easier on my back and hips than the spring mattresses.
